Hi Just 4_U actually it will not be shown on their website because it is especially and only for those who call in and state on the call that their signal is bad, they are getting constant dropped calls (at home) and perhaps have to keep repeating yourself. They don’t necessarily want to give these out to everyone. So just give them a call and let them know your issue, and ask them if they can send you a Cell Spot.
When using a T-Mobile cell spot, it's generally best to place the antenna in a central location with minimal obstructions, such as walls or large objects, between the antenna and the devices you want to connect. This helps ensure optimal signal coverage and strength throughout the area you want to cover. If possible, place the antenna at a higher elevation, such as on a shelf or mounted on a wall, to improve signal propagation.
Contacted T-B they dont over cellspot T any longer . Said it has been while since they dont offer
Hi Rockey Micky see the link in the description box. You may also purchase cell spot on Amazon.
They still offer it. They don't offer the 3g cellspot. Once you're getting a bad signal, they will send you the device for free.

Try using a straight pin to lift it. T-Mobile customer service may have more suggestions.
