poisxe wow really? thats a shame because i have made her doroyaki pancakes and they turned out exactly the same as pictured in the video :/ the amount of egg mixture that you add into your choux pastry will definitely change from person to person. The first time i dumped all of the yolks and it made a runnier mixture so definitely take her advice in the video to add it little by little to reach the desired consistency. Good luck!
that is a good point you realized! it is not only cute but divided in 1cm sections. therefore you can pipe out the batter easily into the size you want :D hehe

food for fact: Good quality icecream is often very dense in texture and rich in fat content(high fat makes it less solid and more creamy) and flavour -- you can be satisfied with a small scoop. Generic branded (or no name/frills) icecream come in large tubs but the icecream is excessively pumped/whipped with air so you end up with a lot less than you think :P This recipe is delicious and airy though -- i love it!

Nancy Lai foil may stick so i don't recommend it~ hmm i never tested with pastry flour, so i am not sure... but you can try and see if it works...

if you mix it right away, it won't cook the eggs :)
