CJ made the Pico, Baja, and Cilantro lime sauces tonight.(Amazing) Made homemade corn tortillas recipe by Rachel cooks with love (awesome recipe) Cooked my chicken on a 17 “ griddle . My husband says we are not buying a Blackstone 36” griddle 😢 will continue to let him know we need not want one! Just wanted to say FANTASTIC RECIPE meal was a hit!

Fun Fact: Every time I make Sour Cream/Mayo/Yogurt Special Sauces I always end up making way more than I need, I just take a few spoonfuls out and brush it on the Chicken/Fish/Beef/Lamb it doubles the flavor and it Chars up nicely on the Blackstone.

Baja Sauce FTW!! Really an awesome flavorful sauce. BTW, unless you are wearing gloves while chopping up jalapenos, I wouldn't recommend taking a whiz after unless you are super careful. Learned the hard way. lol

Love the new ideas of different sauces. Taking something simple and totally changing it. We have the electric Blackstone.
