for me the cloth doesnt follow the spline, and if i change the setting from the cloth to follow the spline the force fields have no effect on it. How can i fix it?
In R26 and 2023 with the new particle based cloth simulation I can't find the way to make it work, or spline wrap plays or cloth, never both at the same time... Hopefully someone knows the trick to make it happen!
@motionmeld had the answer. "Throw the object you have a cloth tag on in a Connect. Then throw the connect in a Null, then add the spline wrap to the Null object. Worked for me."
@@medvak8168 Hey could you let me know what you mean by this please? The two aren't working together for me in R26 either and banging my head trying to figure out why
"Throw the object you have a cloth tag on in a Connect. Then throw the connect in a Null, then add the spline wrap to the Null object". Make sure the weld option on connect is off. Ofcourse the cloth has to be a mesh. Thanks to @Motionmeld above for coming up with this workaround.
That's feel good when you find exactly what you was looking for. TY 💖

@@edfinn7110 You need to click on the object and on the "Make Editable" button or the "C" button on the keyboard.
