So he projected his problems onto a completely different woman, assaulted her when she tried to clarify the situation and then cried like a baby. I wish she’d reported him anyways. But she got the maximum from this situation. An incredible woman, intelligent and strong.
Here from tik tok! This makes me so angry and I’m upset that this happened to her. He was allowed to harm and humiliate her without any consequences… only men. Luckily it got better
Interesting, I came from TikTok to find out and haven’t passed the 21sec mark. I’m not interested in being upset so I’ll pass on this videos thanks for letting us know🫡
I hate that he went unreported. Sure, he was going through a tough time, we all do but he was a bully, unprofessional and a risk to his colleagues and patients.
Absolutely Not! Women are supposed to understand men's bad behaviour because he's going through something? He was condescending in the OR and then assaulted her in the hallway and continued his condescension and threats. But only after she told him about reporting him, he then does a 180, buys her coffee, apologises and gives her some sob story, women are ALWAYS REQUIRED TO BE THE BIGGER PERSON! BULLSHIT!!
So because she benefited from his support and “friendship” I.e a senior looking out for you at work, she decided to not report a man who had proven himself to be a threat to women in the workplace? Not just any workplace but a workplace where he would be treating other patients who would be women and may disagree with his treatment plans or surgical interventions and then what happens? He cuts them up and does God knows what to their internals because she dared to voice her opinion and shake his ego? This woman is not a good doctor because she did not have her patients best interests in mind nevermind her female colleagues! All for what? So she could benefit her career? What kind of rotten corrupted mentality is that? No wonder the NHS is in the state it is in today
In my experience of working in the NHS for nearly 20 years, it’s the women who are toxic. I’ve had many female bosses who feel it necessary to make other women feel uncomfortable and are awful to work with.
@@sarahtaylor7737 toxicity is definitely not gender specific. I had many bad experiences with women in my previous career too. It just happened so that in this story it was a man.
A woman must understand wat a "man" Goes thru for him to assault her with no question just because they are above in professional hierarchy. That's not the take of this story! It's wat not to do. Even if that person doesn't teach u, you'll learn the same thing in ur career sooner or later. You need not befriend your abuser. U need not understand your abuser.
@@MyKitchenHerStoryI think the person is trying to say that you should not try to understand or befriend your abuser! That is not your duty. (If you read the last few parts)
@@MyKitchenHerStory it's more like victim need not take the blame nor they have to understand the underlying cause of the abusers behavior... The one in need of empathy is the victim and not the abuser

Thank you
THANK YOU SO MUCHHHHH
You're a hero ❤
Absolutely loved watching this. Dr Bibi is an incredible woman and clinician.
So happy you loved it as much as we do! She is incredible ❤️

Based on his hatred for women at that time, did he purposely leave the gauze in there?

@@anjourneyvlog22 thank you for support and for watching 🙏🏻 Many more stories to be told.
I think it’s still very unprofessional to not tell HR.
This!
Damned if you do, damned if you don’t. If he denies it, she’s labelled a “troublemaker”
Yes! Coz he was not just a danger to her, but to all the patients he treats!
Can someone please get this woman a book deal.
15 years ago - this happened in 2009? That’s insane

Honestly disgusting what he did. Theres no excuse.
So she was basically the main proponent as to why cosmetic surgery is huge at least within the UK
Assault in the workplace wasn't tolerated 15 years ago. That's wild
This was during her med school?
Omg.. let your guest speak!
