You're going back to the USA? How long have you been away? There may have been some changes. Good luck getting past the border and the TSA guys with all those stamps in your passports.
The Clifton suspension bridge was built on the designs of Isambard Kingdom Brunel and was the first in England second to Wales' Menai Bridge in the UK.
I hope you don't stop, you are awesome and i love your channel. I am not kidding when I say, I can't wait for a new video every day. I hope too see more of you guys soon, it don't need to be like travelling around-the-clock, it also can be in your own town our when you are take a trip too family.😁
I've loved your videos in my city, Bristol. Most tourists go to London, so it's wonderful seeing my city repped. I loved seeing you guys in places I have been to a hundred times in my life. Really cool, and wonderful that you enjoyed yourself so much.
Really enjoyed your videos from around the UK,sad that your leaving but I hope you really enjoyed your visit.Hope you come back soon and have a safe journey home.
You two are perfect. I'm almost sad you've let the UK, because every time you're there you both beam with joy :) Also, you're fun foodies, a thing you can not take, and something we truly admire about you guys. Safe travels, and watch that tail bone ;) James and Kim (treasure hunt traveler's)
I comment this on everything but NORTHUMBERLAND IS WHERE ITS AT. Bamburgh and Bamburgh castle , Alnwick and Alnwick castle and just everything is perfect. You should visit sometime. Love the videos!
We watched this before we went to bristol and near the bridge the kids spotted the slide and were so excited because they'd seen you on it. They had great fun, thanks for the tip!!
Love watching your video adventures! I live in Cornwall, England, so those vlogs were really cool. It’s so great to see you embrace the local cultures wherever you go, keep up the good work! 😊
I was very excited to see this as I live 2 minutes from where you ate the souvlaki. This area is called Wapping Wharf (by the harbourside) and all of the restaurants are in shipping containers. I've loved watching your vlogs and look forward to many more. Safe journey back home, guys!
Great video, food all looks delicious. Love how you guys really showcase how good British food can be. So many Americans seem to think all of the food here is terrible. I guess if they go to a cheap chain pub and order poor versions of fish and chips or pies, then that may be how the reputation persists. Excellent UK series anyway, looking forward to seeing your next adventures.
Thank you for all your incredible videos from your UK visit, well done Allison for conquering the driving on the left side you nailed it girl, please come back and see us again soon, hope you had a great time back in the USA..
I've watched everyone of your videos and feel that you're in my home everyday so will miss you two if you're taking a well earned rest back in the US. Don't stay away from the UK for too long as you're greatly appreciated
Also very lean - even cuts like shoulder or skirt - so particularly when it gets used for burgers or sausages, there'll be pork fat minced in with it to prevent it drying out.
I am glad you had fun. Bristol is a great place to live. You were brave walking to Clifton, I would have got the bus! I hope you return to the UK soon.
Amazeballs! Gonna try that burger when my wife and I hop on over to Bristol next week! Excited to see the sights you guys have been to! And gonna be at Wapping Wharf (the boxpark) too! Woohoo!
Great video - again! Once more, some lovely and creative camera work, and a healthy dollop of food again too...Ha Ha!! Safe trip home, and can't wait for the next adventures... :-)
I wondered what you were talking about when you kept saying "donor" like organ donor or something it took me ages to figure out you meant a doner, its pronounced donna in most of the UK the O is a hard O >.< Glad you enjoyed Bristol its my uncles home town. You were in the UK a while this time, next time you should totally visit the midlands, Nottingham, Birmingham and the surrounding areas, Derbyshire is famous for country walks and stately homes (pronounced Darby). :P
Lol true enough, I honestly don't know the difference between a soft and hard O then I just know thats not how we say it in my area of England thats for sure :P The confusion is real folks :P
I second that, Hadrians wall, Arebeia, Bamburgh Castle, Penshaw Monument, The angel of the north....to name a few, heck they could even go somewhere historical like Chester or York. That would be really cool.
Hi guys, just working myself through your vids, loads of UK you have visited I know well having lived in Cornwall, Bristol etc. Loving the content, have loads to watch, if ever you want to visit the Liverpool area, we are on The Wirral, very posh, and you can have free accommodation here to help your budget. Best wishes for all your future success.
back in the day i used to love a venison burger and a fresh oj at borough market on saturday mornings, i know you've been there too, great for a hangover cure
I know this video is several years old now but I only recently found this channel and just have to say I WANT YOUR LIVES! Just kidding but I really love your vids. So many cool out-of-the-way sights and you two are completely charming! Thank you for supplying my new wholesome travel dreams content for this leg of our New Normal...hope you (and all of us) can get back to the adventuring soon!
Eric wins the choice of food at the market for me. Venison burgers are wonderful. We used to get them from our local supermarket until they came up with a new 'improved' recipe :( We did have some amazing veal burgers in Fuerteventura last year. Happy travels & keep posting :)
Bristol where I live, can't stop watching you guys, best Burgers in Bristol go to three bros its the boat right next to the cider boat you went to in your other video
Yep, Eric you were going up that hill and I was saying, what is he doing, he gonna hurt his butt again!!! OK, I think I have watched all your videos, love em. Eric and Allison are the best!!!
They are just stayed 2 weekends ago at the YHA Cardiff use to be a old hotel was lovely. Would stay again. Was a bit sad I missed you guys by a day in London, then I live in Gloucester you popped through then missed you by a day in Cardiff. Guess we all had the same thought :) Glad your enjoying it
I've been here all my life and it really depends where in Bristol you're from as to how you pronounce it, I think you know what I mean! Fwiw I have heard "Donna" more than "Donner" probably because I live in Cotham. I tend towards "Donna"
Claralundqvist oh yeah i watched it twice. i liked it even though it felt a bit sloppy some times, but i watched it for the main guy who was (and is) yummy :)
Teachers, skins, casualty. All filmed here in Bristol. Crystal maze, golden balls, deal or no deal. Also filmed here. BBC natural history (wildlife and stuff) also based here😎😎😎
Wow, what a relief. When you kept saying "We're going to get a donor" I thought there was something really seriously wrong with you involving a lack of blood or something, and I felt sad. I was so happy when I realised that what you meant was you wanted to find a decent doner (pronounced "donna") kebab. Cypriot Turks and Cypriot Greeks, you see. In spite of their war, they brought them over here in the 1960s because they knew it was the perfect accompaniment to eight pints of lager on a Friday night pub crawl. They were missionaries on a holy quest to save drunken British students from starvation. And we will forever worship - WORSHIP - them because of it.
Guys, you missed out if you're burger fans - should have tried Schwartz Bros. in Bath when you were here - it's an institution. Mind that truck sounds brilliant - I'll defn. try it next time I've over in Bristol. If (when) you return to Bristol, I can recommend the "Al's all-in-one wonder" at Rosario's cafe in Clifton - definitely worth a visit.
Hmmmm..... There used to be a "Schwartz Bros" on Gloucester Rd way back in the early 80s, we ate there after swimming lessons in the pool opposite. I wonder if it's related at all, or maybe it's a generic name. It's still a burger place, called Ciao nowadays.
Should have gone over The Severn Bridge and visited the Forest of Dean. It’s especially beautiful at this time of year. And I live there, so.... oh and the YHA is in a castle, at St Briavels.
I assume the term "modern" bungy jumping refers to the bungy jumping that we all know about. But the original bungy jumpers are on Pentecost Island, Vanuatu in the South Pacific Ocean. ( 3 hours by plane from Sydney) The Ni-Vanuatu boys and men tie vines around their ankles and jump from huge bamboo towers. It's an incredible and terrifying thing to watch in March/April every year when the vines are deemed strong enough. Definitely an unforgettable experience! A possible destination for you guys!! Hope you have had a relaxing break back "home". xx

As someone from Bristol, watching this made me proud to be a Bristolian. Love it when our americans brothers and sisters visit England 😃.
I could watch these UK vlogs until the end of time.
Bristol is where I live , my grandad played on that slide when he was a child , thanks for capturing Bristol’s little quirks 😊
The Clifton suspension bridge was built on the designs of Isambard Kingdom Brunel and was the first in England second to Wales' Menai Bridge in the UK.
Glad you enjoy our country so much and what we can offer you. Stay safe and enjoy whatever lies ahead.
Please tell the folks back home, that food in the uk is really good!

Barbara Hallinan
Don’t worry, we do! Can’t remember the last time I had fish and chips!

@@barbarahallinan1151 I hope you're not American with that salad comment 😂😂😂.
Hi, I'm so pleased that you enjoyed our British food...And that we really do have something worth eating....Many thanks.

I love doing this kind of thing in the US, just grab a car and drive around local areas. You guys really show the best of the UK.
I've loved your videos in my city, Bristol. Most tourists go to London, so it's wonderful seeing my city repped. I loved seeing you guys in places I have been to a hundred times in my life. Really cool, and wonderful that you enjoyed yourself so much.
I live near London but love Bristol ,one of my favourite places to visit in the uk, nothing like the Bristol nightlife

You forgot to mention the farne islands...
I agree. I visited a couple of years ago and loved it. I particularly enjoyed the book shop in the old station at alnwick.
We watched this before we went to bristol and near the bridge the kids spotted the slide and were so excited because they'd seen you on it. They had great fun, thanks for the tip!!
Bridge from a design by my favorite engineer: Isambard Kingdom Brunel !
Love the way you just love England and go see different cities and places all across england, food especially is great here✅
Great post guys have a safe journey back home x
Love watching your video adventures! I live in Cornwall, England, so those vlogs were really cool. It’s so great to see you embrace the local cultures wherever you go, keep up the good work! 😊
I wish I could join you ever vlog! You two have a real gift for making every place you visit seem like the best place you've ever visited.
Very enjoyable videos on your UK trip as you always do.

That rock slide has been there forever, and it's really shiny now! When I was a kid the surface was nowhere near as smooth, but we still slid down it.
That rock slide clip was absolutely hilarious! You two are an amazing team and couple! #motivation #inspiration
Come back to the UK soon! We will miss you
zimpak.....yes very soon before brexit fucks it up more than it is already.
but how MUCH will you miss them?
We were shafted when we joined the common market.

I'm terrified and fascinated by that bridge all at the same time :D
Still traveling like crazy mad people! You've come so far, especially with your merch! :D WOO!
Taken me back to my uni days and summer days sitting in the white lion pub overlooking the bridge 😉🤗
All the food looks so good!!

VENISON meat is lovely , but its a bit deer lol lol . hey have a save trip over the pond thank you both 😎
Ha Ha!! Yep, Venison is a favourite with me...very 'gamey', and delicious!

You guys are so great and your vlogs are awesome.
Yay, more England vlogs!!!!
Happy travels enjoy your rest!
Nice nice vlog with Bristol! My heart skipped up a bit when Eric tried the rock slide 😲
If you are back in Bristol again. Try Three Brothers Burgers. They are on a boat, near the YHA you stayed in
I did wonder if this was the burger place they had originally looked up, until they stumbled on the market and chose to eat there.
And you can sit outside the Old Duke with a drink, pop over and get your order, then go back 😁👍
I really enjoy your adventures:) I’m in Bath and really bummed that it’s your last day in the UK! Come back soon 😊
Great video - again! Once more, some lovely and creative camera work, and a healthy dollop of food again too...Ha Ha!!
Safe trip home, and can't wait for the next adventures... :-)
Guys I'm English and you have showed me things I didn't know about over here. Great vids keep them coming 😁
the older u get the faster the time goes
I loved the little Mr. Burns finger tip twiddle that Alison did at 3:25 and then at 4:19 Eric should have said "Oh my deer" instead of "Holy cow"
I wondered what you were talking about when you kept saying "donor" like organ donor or something it took me ages to figure out you meant a doner, its pronounced donna in most of the UK the O is a hard O >.<
Glad you enjoyed Bristol its my uncles home town. You were in the UK a while this time, next time you should totally visit the midlands, Nottingham, Birmingham and the surrounding areas, Derbyshire is famous for country walks and stately homes (pronounced Darby). :P
No, i'm british and they were definitely doing the hard O... because it's longer 'doughner'. the way we say it, donner is a quick O.
Northamptonshire is also a great place with lots of history
Lol true enough, I honestly don't know the difference between a soft and hard O then I just know thats not how we say it in my area of England thats for sure :P
The confusion is real folks :P
Or maybe, erm, the North of England? Seems like these vloggers haven't seen any places outside of the South, Scotland, NI and Wales...
I second that, Hadrians wall, Arebeia, Bamburgh Castle, Penshaw Monument, The angel of the north....to name a few, heck they could even go somewhere historical like Chester or York. That would be really cool.
Hey, come back soon! Always welcome. Any chance of you getting back for some Christmas markets this festive season?

May the road rise with you!
12:15 That souvlaki looks delicious! For a Mediterranean dish in England!
I remember playing on the rock-slide as a child, but had no idea it was famous!
There’s a great kebabby in St Nicolas’ Market - fresh stone baked bread made as you wait.

Come to Middlesbrough, England, try the Mighty Parmo! xx
Venison is always mixed with a bit of sausage in the little bit of sage and it's delish
To all commenters saying "Donna". Please stop. We born and bred Bristolians say "Donner" , there's an R on the end of it. Cheers.

Bristol reminds of the tv show Being Human, it was filmed there. Anyone else know it? Either way i recommend, funny and ridiculously british...
ma plictisesc I had totally forgotten about that show until now!

When you return, you should really visit Northumberland and Durham - safe travels.
Just a note we say don-er and ke-bab not ke-bob
Its like watching Jake gyllenhaal and geri halliwell trying new foods every day.
J/K great show guys.

Always wanted to go to Bristol and see the works of Isambard Kingdom Brunell 😊
That venison burger looks Ammaaaaaaazing!!!👌🏻
That area is called The Welsh back. It’s amazing 😁

Can't beat a nice Clarks Pie in Bristol, I moved away from Bristol 2 1/2 years ago but everytime I go home I have to have my Clarks Pie fix
