I have had my 7th gen iPod since it came out in 2019. I still use it as my music player and have around 13,200 songs on it. It’s an awesome little device I must say.
Yeah its great to have. I can't go one day without playing music through my speakers or at work. Sadly though my battery is getting bloated so I am going to have to find a replacement.
The iPod was originally made for Music, so no one should expact much from it. If you want a smartphone, buy a smartphone. Let the iPod be an iPod and expect nothing more.
I actually took your idea, my SE is arriving today and I am hoping to spend more time listening to podcasts/books and someday convert my old CDs to mp3s to put onmy 'new' 'iPod'!
I still have my 6th Gen but wanted a new one and retire the old one but it’s a huge waste of money. The 7th Gen I got might have been faulty or something but it doesn’t have quick charge like my last one. It either has a faulty battery or because of iOS 15 was known to drain battery quickly, the face screen seems to be detached from the lcd screen as it caused missed presses and the home button doesn’t work half the times. If I knew Apple was going to support for the iPod (no iOS 16) I would have never wasted my only on this garbage. I loved the IPod, I always loved it for listening to music. Would have just rather bought a modded iPod Classic instead just for music and videos.
I have a question I actually got an ipod touch 5 and I want to Knowles if do you think it is possible to play xbox cloud gaming on safari or google directly? I'm going to give my old iPod touch 5 to my 9 year old nephews and he likes the Xbox so I wanted to know 😅
I dont know if you can because the ipod touch 5g is outdated and you might not be able to use the Xbox app from the appstore since it's outdated. I guess it's okay because you can still play fun games like clash of clans etc
