I love the concept of the movie. Imagine a tv show like this where iggy eventually learns the devil gave him the power to learn the truth and get justice but in exchange iggy now has to like propagate sin So he becomes a private investigator/police consultant and every week he visits bars and forces the whole place to devolve into unchained sin
I think something closer to damien darkblood /hellboy would work better, where he gets visions of the truth by touching the evidence, only in exchange for each use of the power, another person's bright future is sacrificed. Kinda like a guy has an option to smoke or not smoke, if the mc uses his power, it removes the not smoking option, setting the person down a darker road
yeah it's really cool what they do with the duality of angelic and demonic themes and how it runs parallel to the idea that, Violent vengeance lies somewhere inbetween good and evil It almost makes it seem like the universe is almost indifferent and using the main character to dole out karma to the guy at the end.
Man this movie was such a ride. I laughed, cried, and smiled. It crazy to see how everyone was out to make him a monster/devil and the transformation that reflected it
Legit this movie was what made me forget Danny was "just Harry Potter". I was fully engaged and it's one of the few movies to correctly convey what a bad drug trip is like.

S2 sucked balls but the manga was alright, although it dragged down it made more sense than season 2
