My husband flat out refuses to eat a low carb diet. I am trying to do carnivore. He is older than I am, I see his body wasting away and his health is not great. He spends the day sitting in his chair watching the tv. I am active, running a small farm, am down to 2 meals/day. Buying for carnivore eating has greatly reduced our grocery bill. But he still insists on buying his cereal for breakfast, his chips for a snack, and other foods that are high in carbs. Then he complains about the grocery bill, but it's his food that drives it up. He is so set in what he has been taught throughout his life about nutrition, he cannot see that it has all been a lie, and yes, from time to time he will criticize what I eat.

How do you know how much salt to take in?
Your taste buds will tell you. If salt tastes good to you, you need it. If it doesn't, you've had enough.
