You guys are my heroes. I am a retired R.N and have many back, posture, walking, balance and pain issues. I am using a walker for mobility. I am making a library (on-line) of all your videos that pertain to my issues - and I have many, many videos and consider them all more educational and useful than any other P.T. videos.
God bless you and keep doing the work you have chosen to do. Thank you.

I know my right hip is weak, having injured it in a very painful manner seven years ago. I can't climb stairs without a lot of help (using the railing and my quad cane together). I do know I have to at least attempt to strengthen my hips---I'm only 68---because I don't want to go from a cane to a walker, or worse, become dependent on others to help me all the time. And I flat out refuse to get a 'stand-lift' recliner when I get my new furniture for my new apartment; I don't want to be dependent on something mechanical to get myself up when I can strengthen my muscles!

I was in the same boat as you, severe arthritis in L hip, put it off for two years , had it done last June at New England Baptist in Boston ( in between the elective surgery covid shut downs ).. I’m not over weight by any means but I couldn’t put my left sock on ( not even close )…getting the hip done was the best thing I’ve ever done , I wish I had done it sooner , don’t wait ! , the problem I’ve found is the longer you wait , the stiffer all your working muscles around your hip stiffen, it’s taken me almost a full year to finally be able to get my left sock on ( and I’ve been following a rigorous stretching routine since the surgery ) it’s so incredibly nice to have full mobility again .

I'm a senior now with RA and OA ; I don't have hip pain but every other pain, especially my knees ( one in particular that is horrendous and swells daily ) My rheumatologist drains it now and then and I am on tons of intense meds include chemo for it all. My question is , can I DO something about being knock kneed ? The very first arthritis doc I had , told me that is why my knees were bad. But nobody else ever mentioned it or if it is fixable or at least can I strengthen supporting muscles for it.. I know my quads and hamstrings are weak and tight. probably everything below the knee as well.

My hips and pelvis have always been weak. I also cannot get back up if I squat near the ground. I've always had knock knees too, with flat feet. I'm a mess🤣

I started having sciatica pain after posterior hip replacement. Your videos have made quite a difference, but now I find I’m a little off balance. I guess it was from favoring the leg on the side the sciatica is. Any suggestions as to exercises to gain my balance.

I have been floored forever trying to figure out what was wrong with me and your description in this video sounds closer than anything else have so far I can’t go up and downstairs I can’t even lift my foot an inch or so off the floor I’m very weak I cannot get up and down out of a chair without help I’m only in my mid-50s. Some better pain so I figure maybe sciatica is involved also. I hope I can figure out how to get well so thank you for your videos.

I have a work related injury in my back. there is nothing wrong with my hips, but the pain is terrible from the arthritis. It alone has caused me to loose strength in both legs. Don't ever get hurt at work. The medical system is not designed to help injured workers as your doctor does not have enough lawyers in their office.

I need not one but two hip replacements, my right hip went first, it's not the hip but the pelvic bone that is very painful so I can't do any exercises. I don't want to have hip replacements as I have heard a lot of cons about them, my one friend had her replacement rip out of the bone, another two people walk with canes, something they didn't do before the replacement and another friend has to walk with a cane now because she loses her balance all the time.

When my daughter was small I would hold her on my hip while standing and waiting in line for long periods of time and now my right knee is so painful and my knee has a tracking issue. Never thought about the hip being the issue. I need to strengthen them.

I have trouble getting up and with stairs so I tried to lift my back side off the bed like you showed. Both legs worked fine. The right leg worked fine. The left leg worked fine. I had reumatic fever as a child and I know that causes part of my problem. Got any ideas of other things I can check so I can fix the problem.

Where is best way to contact you for urgent help. Im Chronically ill with multi auto immune diseases. After being down and many surgeries, nerve and bone problems, Myofacial, other muscular problems, weight loss to 92 lbs. Ive begged for rehab to get me out of wheelchair, just getting weaker. Cant get full diagnoses from 9 docs. Home Rehab wont work with me until doctors control the pain so, they can build me, all docs say no so here I sit. How do I start to do this on my own with no pain help or other symptom help? Thanks for info, Peace

HI Guys ! Another great video. I will look through your videos for more glute strenghening. I regularly do a couple each day to help me run further and faster. By the way, how long is your stability stick. Of course I looked on your 'store'. Is that the "Booyah Stik". Any other recommendations so that I can do standing stretch/strength and work on stability?
