      @@wallingtonfilming I'm starting as a painter for a company. What's the best set to buy online?

      Heads up. When you do your course be sure to focus a lot on door frames. This is the area where a company often tests new painters.

    first tool is not a flask but a radio surely!!!

      alcohol or weed(mostly weed but some drunks) always comes first, but radios are a very close second for the weed ppl xD

    Do u clean or just toss out the rollers after each job.they are cheap to replace and it looks like a job in itself cleaning them?

    • @kieranmundy2060
      @kieranmundy2060 5 років тому +1

      We always "bag up" our rollers with a plastic bag ect just in case we may need to re- use it for touch ups. Only time you really wash them out is for a colour change. Hope this helped.

    Hi candle man 👨 I agree about having good brushes. That's most important. I could do with one of those benches thou never came across them. Might look on line. So small can't reach nothing. Thanks for tips.

    Which pile length would you recommend for your roller sleeve? Yours looks quite long.

    • @RubenRyb66
      @RubenRyb66 3 роки тому +1

      18 inch for walls or ceilings, 9 inch for the tighter spots or doors(will need to brush in the grooves or texture on doors, Its actually best to brush over any texture door, but you can spread the paint with a roller), 6 or lower for trim or cutting in walls if it has a rounded end and you will need to brush what you roll on the grooved trim and get that cut in 1/4inch trim line xD

    I got trade 20 box, all metal apart from the plastic lid, but it’s a thick plastic lid which has held up ok. The fluid lasts over a year, they are about 80 quid to buy now. Add on the price of fluid and the spare filter and clips, not much change out hundred quid.

      wallingtonfilming The Candle man long pile with smooth finish interior emulsion😂😂 why not try a floor mop? You really call yourself a painter mate? you should be ashamed of yourself but you talk so much shit a I love your videos 😂😂😂😂

    • @steveprice8309
      @steveprice8309 4 роки тому

      J.W.Painting there’s a use for long pile and it’s not for a smooth finish wall, also yo must get more splatter which is not a pretty site if your supposed to be a professional painter. Personally I give attention to detail and would love to see the finish on a freshly skimmed ceiling when your done with it, not least of all you🌨😂

    • @steveprice8309
      @steveprice8309 4 роки тому

      J.W.Painting so you would use a 6 inch brush on silk? How would you hide the brush marks and why? And please tell me what’s the long pile roller sleeve you use on a smooth wall
