Great Mars outer space sound! And, great video Robert 😊 PS: A tiny favor. When zooming in on something, for example petroglyphs, something unique, etc., if you wouldn't mind staying on it for a bit longer, so we can better see what you are describing. 😊😊 😊 Thank you.
If you are staying anywhere near Capitol Reef the Casitas at Cougar Ridge is an awesome place to stay. The place is expensive but with not much to choose from unless you RV, this place will not disappoint. Any of the Big 5 parks in Utah all just incredible!
Robert, you did it again. I have been to the Southwest twice in 2023-2024 for hiking trips, each spanning over 3 weeks. But once more, you inspired me to go back and explore some other parts of this neck of the earth that I skipped in the past. Keep doing that... One tip for you: next time you are on Utah 24 east of Capitol Reef, not far from the Factory Butte exit, there is a small farm with a shop where they sell their products, called the Mesa Farm Market. I forgot the name of the farm owner, but he is extremely nice and intresting to talk with. Besides farm-made products that include goat cheese, he also bakes fresh bread in a stone oven and will brew you fresh coffee.
Your videos not only inspired my first cross country solo trip back in 2021, but also to start my own YT channel Robert! Thank you :) I still need to explore a lot more of Utah...hopefully soon!
Happy Father’s Day! Every video in this micro-series of episodes in Utah is unbelievably beautiful. Who would never not be surprised, entertained or inspired by what you accomplish through your travels? Always so unique with such a wonderful perspective, different than anyone else. Super work!
Traveling Robert Welcome home. This was a great episode. These freezing cold empty campgrounds with an instant pot dinner would be my Heaven. Your excellent photography really took us there.
Big fan of Fruita campground - even better in the fall with all the fruit on the trees and the deer nuzzling up against your tent. These have been great - you are doing Utah justice with the past few vlogs - Thanks! Your videography continues to impress. Thanks.
You are an amazing videographer! I have enjoyed your videos so much! It's through your camera lens I am able to see places I've never been. Thank you for sharing your travels. May you and your lovely wife be blessed and safe on your travels. P.S. I was thinking the same thing about the petroglyphs tht look like ET's.
Thanks for the wonderful video. ❤ Wow, so beautiful there, has to go on our list for next trip! We enjoyed visiting Naples, Ut; Dinosaur Nat'l Monument, and most gorgeous drive on Hwy 191 towards WY to visit Flaming Gorge Dam. Add that to your list!
Hello Traveling Robert. Hey, i was really hoping that you continued all the way to Lake Powell. This was great as i really enjoyed this. Looking for next video. Thanks so much Traveling Robert and Happy Fathers Day.
Hey Robert, it's always great to ride along with you, especially through all the fantastic Utah scenery. Wow, Loa IS out kind of out of the way as a base camp for Capitol Reef. But that's the way things go on the road sometimes. (If you ever make it back there, try to check out "Pando", the world's largest Aspen Tree clone near Fish Lake). Those black buttes lining the road at 7:24 are so cool, I always have to pull over and just soak in the view there. And seeing the proghorns by Factory Butte--when I drove out there a big male pronghorn ran alongside the road and paced me--we got up to 40mph before he broke off, it was clear he easily could've gone faster. Have a great time in Spain!
Yes exactly what I was thinking Robert! About those petroglyphs look ET. Cool area! I haven't been through there since 98 when I was traveling from Washington to Alabama while in the US Army. The US has some many different landscapes that are beautiful. Thanks for the video!
@@TravelingRobert A man of many talents, I really enjoy the music in your videos. You have done a terrific job of timing the music to the setting of the scene, which adds to the viewing experience.
Amazing scenery. Thank you! I know this is off topic but do you carry anything in the back of your truck? I'm new to RVing and trying to figure out what to take along. I seem to be heavy. Do you take a portable generator and tools?

That moon valley was my favorite. Would love to camp there, drink a cold one, and watch the sunset.

Loved your video today. We stayed at the same RV park in Loa UT in April 23 for one night. Also a windy night but a Beautiful area
Excellent scenery Robert!

Great job
Robert, Nice episode! The music between 17:30 to 19:00 minutes is not as good as your other music.
Is the chill techno beat dropped in at the 23:34 yours Robert? Is all the music in your videos created and performed by you?
Yes, all the music is mine.
@@TravelingRobert A man of many talents, I really enjoy the music in your videos. You have done a terrific job of timing the music to the setting of the scene, which adds to the viewing experience.
@@thehighlanders607 Thanks!
wow utah is cool very pretty state next to colorado
Beautiful scenery. I wonder if the moonscape is ancient seabed or volcanic in origin.
Time Traveling Robert
Amazing scenery. Thank you! I know this is off topic but do you carry anything in the back of your truck? I'm new to RVing and trying to figure out what to take along. I seem to be heavy. Do you take a portable generator and tools?
Portable generator, extra gas, basic tools, cellphone booster, it varies depending on the trip.
That road through Capitol made me so nervous when we drove through it westbound.
Absolutely amazing scenery in UT as ever! Robert, is it possible to drive Skyline Road to Moonscape Overlook by regular car, i.e. Camry, Mustang etc?
Yes, it is not too bad. Just take it slow on the last part.
If i had to call anywhere other than Western North Carolina home, it would be Utah!
You must have known my grandfather. He used to say "Never miss a chance to take a leak."
Good morning!
My daughter wants to go there with her jeep!

Will you teach us how to use Google maps someday please .
