  • This is the second video where I install the ISR Pro angled tension rods from Enjuku Racing and the TEIN inner and outer tie rods w/ new boots on my 240sx S14.
This completes what I plan to do as far as arms for a bit. At some point I will prob get the Nismo power brace and possibly an angle kit. I still need to get used to drifting again and for the first time on the left side of the car.
Many more mods to come as I get them. I do have sub frame and dif bushings that I am waiting to put in as well! Subscribe to stay up to date and for the most current pics check out my instagram @toxicmongoose!!

hey it would be awesome if you showed the difference in steering angle with the TEIN tie rods

I could probably show in another video or a pic on IG what it is now. I didnt take the time to line it up for a before and after shot. really the only increase in angle is that washer at the end. I want to say its about a quarter turn more. with all the angle kits now a days its nothing in comparison.

Search up 240sx tie rod dust boot and you will find a few places. Enjuku has them for something like 50 bucks but I think you can find for cheaper than that at like parts geek or somewhere.

How come you didn't use the isr outters? I would have liked to of used tein on mine too but went with the isr since they were cheaper and i already had isr everything else.

I used Tein in Japan and found them to be good I also had all cusco arms and really liked them. top notch quality. I would have gone cusco again but 400 per arm and 400 for the whole set of ISR.

No loctite blue on the inner threads?

In my exp I have never needed it. clean and torque down well. They are new tie rods so the threads have never been stretched but with that being said I would make sure to use if you use "used" ones. I am sure it doesnt hurt to use though.
