How did you build pressure on the clutch pedal? I did the same swap as you and when the clutch pedal is depressed, it stays on the floor and won’t come back. Clutch is bled just fine, just won’t hold pressure. Any advice is appreciated

There should be a cotter pin that goes through the end. Always torque to spec!!!!

Its ok, i left the 27 mm socket and ratchet on the crank pulley bolt and started the engine to adjust the timing... yesterday.

That was a brand new diff and u hadn't done the lash. So, im wondering if the noise is coming from that. Did the diff ever prematurely fail?

Install fuel lines to motor, fuel assembly.

No problems with the fuel lines and fuel filter/regulator being so close to the exhaust?

How has your engine been over the 5 years since the video? Got this pump in my c5. Some ppl got me worried about it possibly sucking the pan dry... I doubt it as i have it baffled, run extra qt of oil and only spin it at 6k. But just wondering if it served u good

Could you buy/get the different psi springs separately? I got a lm7 off someone and they have this oil pump in it. Also I think they have the red spring in it. At idle psi its at 50, but when accelerating it goes up to 80 psi. Idk if the pressure of it or what but its blowing out my rear main seal. I replaced the rear main seal already with an oem a/c delco one and it didn't last one day, the newer seal got blown out. I want to try the lower psi spring and see if it helps.

Correct me if im wrong but I believe you don't have to cut any of the sleeves, if I'm correct all the bushings are the same size. You definitely don't want anything loose.

Thank you! I bought some prothane bushings for my s13 and the paper with the explanation helped me pick the correct bushing for the passenger side

What fuel filter is that? I'm stuck trying to figure out the return line and regulator aspects to avoid going to aftermarket rails

Pan should be installed last.

Did you continue using the same battery from before the swap or did you get a bigger one similar to one recommended for a GTO?

How you gonna do it with rebound/compression when the tire is on? Wont it hit the rear for the car?

Did you have to shim the slave at all? I’m using a wilwood .75 and I didn’t change the rod over from the old SR master so idk if that’s what Is causing my crappy pedal issue but I can’t push it down far enough to get the clutch to fully disengage to go into gear. Help please!

If anyone is doing this. While you are there(I know catchy), change the valley cover two knock sensor grommets, valley cover gasket, intake manifold gaskets. You will not have to deal with shit in there again.
