I was living in a bad apartment complex in Phoenix. I went to buy weed from an apartment and the guys in there had jewelry all laid out on the tables in the apartment. Still with price tags and everything. They had apparently robbed a jewelry store and were trying to sell the jewelry for a discount. I wasn't interested and just got my weed and opened the door to head out. Soon as I open the door I see a female cop standing there. Looking right at me. She says they had a complaint about the music being too loud. No music was playing. She walks right in the apartment, starts looking at the jewelry, grabs some nice pieces, and walks out. Gets right in her police car and drives off. They never got arrested or heard anything more from the police about the robbery. Police pulling over drug dealers and taking the drugs and money just to drive away afterwards in that neighborhood was a known thing to happen. Some cops are worse than the criminals.

One thing I never understood about living a life of crime ... It's *SO* much easier doing it the legal way. If you know how to hustle, you're good with people and you're a shrewd businessman, you can make a ton of money doing something like construction or running some other kinda business. You can drive a Lexus without worrying about it looking suspicious and you don't think about spending the rest of your life in prison or being murdered. You sleep well at night.
That just seems so much easier, and certainly so much safer than getting caught up with a bunch of backstabbing snitches (they *ALL* snitch).

This is facts. I use to think this wasnt true, but it is. If you can talk right to people and have good customer rapport, dress well, have business saavy and do it all while under pressure from watching out for the jackers and the narcs and betrayal, yeah the business world is the way to go while you still can.

It’s easy fast money. You can make hundreds of dollars in minutes selling drugs. After you do it so long it’s no longer scary. You just look around and do it. You make $20-40 each person and sell to 5-10-20 ppl EACH day. That’s a lot of money for little to no work. I was spending $560 each week MINIMUM on drugs and that’s 1 person. I did that for a few years. I probably spent 100-150 THOUSAND dollars in those years. And that was just from me… 1 single person. Now imagine having 100 customers. Crazy amount of money

man, not everyone rolls at the sight of prison or jail time, but theres a reason the feds have almost a 100% conviction rate, and the people who are solid are few and far between.

Yep, I wasn’t anywhere near this level but I was a busy high school dope dealer. Got tangled up and arrested. Everyone involved snitched on me. Then my “friends” that were hang arounds and did free shit for the 2 years prior along with the other clowns that got released went around telling people I was snitching on people. I was the only one who didn’t snitch and that’s why I was left to rot in jail. Was a tough lesson but I’m glad I learned it young. You’re right about the money too. I make way more clean than I ever did selling dope. Plus I don’t have to deal with drug addicts and that’s a huge plus. Not a worry in the world.

Lifelong Chicago resident & this didn't surprise me at all, even the judges are on the take here!
I dealt with a false accusation & the judge did everything to convict me on the narrative, didn't care to see security footage, did favors for the other party... she was just a woke man-hater trying to hustle me out of my good name, assets & property. Finally, I had it after almost 2yrs of games & straight out called city clerks office & threaten that judge with a lawsuit for negligence, to expose it to the press too & just like that 1.5 weeks later i received a call... I was told they changed my judge & less 2mos later, case was dropped, but even then nothing happened to the false accusers... they received a final favor & got away with ZERO perjury charges or for the fake police reports or 911 calls...
At the time i was dual property owner, I've since sold one & will sell the other & go the route of an expat! F*ck this city its an whole RICO operation with all levels involved!

If they're going to say that Chicago's problems are made worse by its proximity to the Mexican border via car, and the fact that the city has air travel... then the overwhelming majority of the rest of the U.S. is even closer to the border, with many large cities having even more air travel. Atlanta, Dallas, Denver and Los Angeles airports are all busier than Chicago's, and quite a bit closer to Mexico.

Not only that chicago has a army of gang bangers to move work. It hits chicago then goes to Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, Ohio, Tennessee, Kentucky etc and even Canada is only a 6 hr drive.
