06:38 - Two of my children have been BEGGING to testify. They are really upset they don't get to. They feel it is unfair and agist of the Court to not hear them out directly. It also harms my case. We were so completely isolated. We are the only witnesses.

From what I've been told since entering this world, it seems the Court really does not care. The other parent could have an actual NPD diagnosis with all sorts of testimonials and proof of how this has harmed their entire family, and it's just looked at like it's no big deal. "50/50 is best" even if it is demonstrably harmful and dangerous.

Across the board 💯 but some judges listen, but don't say much but will order more in the other favor but with contact. It's ABUSE STILL

narcissists are master actors… how would they not ace a custody evaluation?? my ex performs perfectly in front of others but is very abusive behind the scenes.

Same and behind the scenes my ex is on drugs! Yet the courts know this and hand our infant over unsupervised

The counsel assigned by the court to represent the kids interviewed the kids and other parent up to 3 1/2 hours and when it was my turn three weeks later she was 15 mins late then pulled kid one a time and when I thought finally my turn she tells me she was done and didn't need to talk to me. And when I told her he was talking bad about me to the kids she responded by saying he didn't tell her that and sent us on our way. At court she lied and said my kids told her this and that which I know my kids wouldn't lie and say they saw something they didn't. And due to her I lost my kids

Okay Tammy. How about my suitation. The judge is aware i had proof he saw it. That my ex is a drug user. Not only physical proof but affidavits from his own fam warning the courts of the danger. They still give unsupervised visits for weeks on end with our infant! Make it make sense! The drugs he does renders him unconscious which they seen with there own eyes 👀

Thank you so much for your insightful video content, Tammy. I do have a question that was raised by the video. In your practice or experience, have you encountered situations where a difficult parent and their attorney request a psychological evaluation from the court for the other parent? And then, the court orders a custody evaluation, with everyone involved being evaluated, but the evaluator turns out to be unprofessional?
In my case, the evaluator has failed to submit their report to the court for almost two years, while repeatedly requesting additional payment. More concerning, they haven't completed all the sessions they originally requested and have been unresponsive to emails.
Additionally, the evaluator seems to show bias toward the difficult parent, who resides in a different state from where the child custody evaluation is taking place. The evaluator has never visited the difficult parent's home for the evaluation, unlike my case, where I had a 2.5-hour video-recorded evaluation conducted entirely in my home.
How might this scenario unfold? I would greatly appreciate any advice on what could happen next in my case, so I can better prepare for the possible outcomes.

It's hard to do anything until you have an actual report. I have had one client where the evaluator's report was thrown out, and a new evaluator was assigned. Without more information/details about your situation, it's hard to tell you much more than that. If you would like further help, you can visit Divorceuniversityonline.com/VIP-Coaching.

Girl… you need to file a motion to remove that evaluator asap and then contact the licensing board of whatever state you’re in - usually custody evaluators are licensed mental health pros so you’ll contact your states licensing agency once you find out what the evaluators credentials are. As for the motion to file with the court- you don’t even need a lawyer! Just file a ‘Motion to Compel’ where you’re requesting the evaluator to submit a full report by a certain date and then also request to have the evaluator removed from your case and a new evaluator assigned AND you then can request a refund for all fees paid to this evaluator regardless of whether or not he earned the money bc it sounds like what he’s doing is not only unethical, but also fraudulent.

Thank you so much you are so helpful! How would you go about phrasing that you believe the other parent should be medicated (bipolar) because you don’t know if they are taking the medication?

This is a somewhat complex situation that would require further details for me to really be able to give you my opinion. If you would like more help, you can visit Divorceuniversityonline.com/VIP-coaching.

Great channel. I need all of it. What do you do when the mother openly and aggressively break court orders, intrude, put the child in the middle ect. The behaviour has to be addressed. Even children know wrong from right. If they have seen you ask to be left alone or watched you set boundaries. When that keeps getting ignored how do you address this behaviour without making the mother look bad or talk negatively about them. ? Surely a father has to address the situations as they happen. Isn't not teaching the child wrong from right essential or do we endlessly protect our abusers and walk as if your not being attacked or demeaned or talked down to the list is endless. It's like everyone is forced to live in a fantasy world where there are no lights. You can not talk and you are punished if you do. Any communication is turned into dialectic chaos ending in passive aggressive silence. No answers. No solutions. On top of all this you are forced to gaslight your own child until he is 18. Keeping him in the dark as well. Parental alienation running rampant. Broke courts orders over 100 times and took child for the second time. Been six months without any contact just BS. Thanks for listening. Never give up.

      1. Get the children in therapy.
      2. No, I would never address it with them.
      3. Document and play the long game.

Talks to 8 year old child about jail, how much paid child support, and court. All in a negative view. My testimony would be the only proof. Child verbalizes these things to me. You put my ___ in jail. My ___ pays you $$. My ___ going to take you back to court and make things fair
