@@hikkiomori_great question and sorry for not putting that in the video! Drill 1: Try to do 3-5 reps. 30 seconds for each rep. As you get better try to do 1 minute per rep. Drill 2: try to do 3 sets of 10 reps - 5 times with your left and 5 with your right for each set. Drill 3: try to do 3 sets of 10 reps - 5 times with your left and 5 with your right for each set. Let me know if this is confusing or if you have any other questions!
I have a question. I’ve been watching your videos and your videos and skills are absolutely amazing. I was wondering if you know a training plan for a CAM coming back from bad knee injury? I am club-less right now. If not would it be a good idea to take your videos and turn it into a training routine? Thank you. I can start playing football again in November.
Great question! And very sorry to hear about your injury. So yes you can definitely take my videos and put them together to make a training program. The first touch, dribbling, passing, and shooting drills in my videos will definitely help you as a CAM. But also over the next couple of months I will be putting together separate training plans for players to use so that you won’t have to go video to video for drills so keep an eye out for that. I believe I’ll have that together well before before November so stay tuned. Definitely let me know if you have any other questions!
Hey! Hope you’re recovering well. I have my first training plan finished and ready for you to try out when you can so here it is: stan.store/FootyMadeEasy/p/footy-made-easy-training-plan … let me know if you have any questions!
In last 2 months i trained a lot in individual passing and dribbling during this month I only played few small sides games now I improved in drills but my speed of play scanning everything becomes very worse than before but my friend who have my same level doesn't trained and played last 2 months but his speed of play was better than me . I improved my technique but in game I am playing worse .
You have to make sure you don’t just do drills but that you play in games too. Games will help you practice the skills you learned doing drills and improve your speed of play while doing them.
Good question! So the two main times to use this move are when you are 1v1 with a defender out wide and looking to create space to put a cross in or if you are heading to goal and you want to create space for yourself to shoot. Does that make sense?

@@FootyMadeEasy thank you very much ❤
I love this move but never knew what it was called. Thanks for the drills coach. Your videos have definitely helped me get better !
No problem! Glad the videos are helping!
Thanks for another banger. Gonna perfect this one for sure
Another great video. This move looks so simple but works so good!!
Appreciate that!
This move is so good. Neymar and Vinicius do it the best for sure
For sure! I love how Neymar does it!
What about Pogba?
This vid is too good
Thank you! I really appreciate that 🙏🏾
This on the wing is the best if you got the timing to do it right
Exactly! Very hard for defenders to stop.
Great video, love the instruction, perhaps next time you can add a cone in each corner and the player has to finish to one of the cones.
Appreciate that! And nice that’s a good idea!
💯💯💪
Appreciate that!
