I’ve been training my weak foot for almost a year, after a month last year i had only hit like 4 balls that barely went off the ground and one or two that would go high. Now i can basically do everything on my weak foot than i can do on my strong foot
I disagree with the part that you should master your strong foot First. If you start learning techniques with both feet you Kind of get a better understanding of what makes or breakes a shot. Also it will feel more natural
I don’t think we really disagree! I didn’t mean to imply that you shouldn’t improve your weak foot. Generally, you should be developing both feet simultaneously. My point was that you can’t mimic good technique from your strong foot over to your weak foot if you don’t have it mastered yet on your strong foot. Depends on the situation and your goal with the ball! If the defender is towards goal, then dribble towards him as opposed to down the line because then they force you away from goal more easily. If they are recovering from out wide, and you have a path toward goal then attack the space! This is just general guidance though because it is dictated by the specific situation you’re in! I’m just curious. Not being negative at all. What experience do you have with soccer? Were you an ex pro. Are you a pro coach, or are you still a pro? Thank you🙏
No worries! I’m happy to answer! I am 23 years old and I am a professional indoor soccer player, however I have not stepped up to the pro game in outdoor. I am working to do so in the next year or so. I’ve played collegiate soccer for the last five years and I have played semi-professionally for the last four years. I’m not a pro coach either yet. One day I’d love to be but I have a lot of my own playing career to go through first! I am a collegiate, division 2 assistant coach have been an assistant coach at my local high school for the last two seasons. I also coach club/travel soccer. I’ve ran individual and small group training sessions for years for young, aspiring players as well as my peers. I’m still working on my own playing path but I’m sharing everything I’ve learned along the way from playing under fantastic coaches, or things I’ve learned from my own coaching experiences! Thanks for asking! 😁🫶🏼🫶🏼

Unfortunately I don’t have plans on making a video for goal kicks anytime soon. But I don’t have videos on long balls and pings which is very similar to how you would kick the ball for goal kicks! Check it out! It’s titled “Master the PING using this Technique | How to Play Long Passes in Football” Let me know how it helps😁💪🏼💪🏼
I’ve got a video that will help you out! It’s specifically about beating defenders 1v1 if you’re interested👍🏼 It’s titled “The Ultimate Guide to Beating Defenders 1v1 in Football”
Im a beginner Idk anything about football How do i go pro what are the skills i need to learn Is it important to learn extra skills like Rainbow stepover elastico
There’s a lot of things that are needed to become a pro. You need to have excellent technical ability. Be very comfortable on the ball. You need to be excellent in all of these: dribbling, passing, crossing, shooting, defending, athleticism, ball control & first touch. But it differs on positions. Strikers need to be excellent finishers, whereas it isn’t important for center backs. Center backs need to be excellent defenders, whereas it isn’t as important for strikers.. My advice for beginners. Master the basics. Dribbling in tight areas, dribbling at max speed, short passing, first touch, long pings, and defending. Then you need to learn as much as you can tactically. How to defend as a team, attacking patterns of play. How to scan and be aware of your surroundings. Learn how what makes one decision better than the other options, etc. Extra skills are not important at all. Learn 2 or 3 simple moves that are effective (not flashy). It’s way easier to mess up an elastico or a rainbow than it is to mess up a body feint or step over. I hope this helps and good luck on your playing journey😁🫶🏼
@@DarenTheRat I think you really need to focus on your shooting technique with your weak foot. Use the Strong foot -> weak foot method I described in this video. Try to mimic that technique over to your weak foot. Here’s one big tip though that may make a big difference. Don’t try to hit the ball as hard as you can with your weak foot. Focus on striking the correct part of the ball, with the correct part of your foot, and land on your kicking foot. The power and height will come with good technique! I hope this helps😁🫶🏼
So yesterday i had serious and bad pain in bottom of the feet below heels after running in forest so I put on on it some ice And today when I woke I still felt some slightly pain when I'm walking so I decided to cancel my training session for today and do it tomorrow did i took the Right decision or I was lazy I still feel when walking but it's not that high pain but still noticeable
@@UNKNOWN-qt3ml I think you’ve taken the right decision! You know your body. There’s a difference between soreness and being hurt or injured. Pushing through soreness is a good thing since it will build your fitness.. however pushing through an injury runs the risk of making the injury more severe. Be careful with what you’re doing because it sounds like an injury to me! I always recommend seeing a medical professional if you can so they can provide guidance on how best to get back to 100%. Best of luck and I’m wishing you a speedy recovery🙌🏼🙌🏼
If you can, I recommend recording your free kicks so that way you can analyze the video and compare your technique from when you score a banger versus when you can barely get the shot off the ground. Try to figure out the differences between a successful free kick and one that isn’t as good and then be intentional about improving your technique! I hope this helps😁🫶🏼
It takes lots of practice! Be patient and it’ll come in time. Just focus on your technique as you do it and be very consistent with your training! Best of luck😁🫶🏼
I can shoot good with my left foot inside and my right foot trivela, i use my left foot to shoot, but right to dribble, should my preffrence be to even out my body or do other things like stamina traning ?
Do you mean like fitness work? Why can’t you do both at the same time? My suggestion would be to try and make yourself as well-rounded as possible! I hope this helps😁🫶🏼
@@markoorlovic-jm5be you’re welcome! I’d recommend doing technical training for 1 hour to 1.5 hours, 6 days a week if you can. Then after training, spend 15 minutes doing fitness work to improve your stamina. I hope this helps💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
I’ve never had someone train in crocs before. But sure! I’d definitely recommend using cleats or some sort of soccer shoe if you can, but I’m all about making the most of what you have! So don’t worry about it! Playing/training will have a different feeling on the ball with crocs but that doesn’t mean you can’t improve with crocs! I’m very curious, so please keep me updated on how you progress😁👍🏼
Just do what you can with what you have! You can step out a goal width and put markers down for the posts like shoes, socks, or water bottles. Be creative! It sounds backwards, but sometimes not having things leads to you coming up with creative solutions! And those can be very rewarding! If you have any specific questions or want any suggestions let me know😁🫶🏼
This is an imaginary tutorial. Meaning that whoever develops it, basically saying use your weak foot and play more, it will develop. Sure, it works, but needs a few years. How to train weak foot in a short time? Develop power and strength first! Maybe some day I will develop a video to show you guys how. Or at least write down a tutorial
If you'd actually have trained your weak foot you'd know how quickly your weak foot improves by just focusing on technique, strenght is important but not even 5% of how important technique is.
There’s different approaches to every facet of training. From my experience, improving technique is far more important than focusing on strength and power. I’ve always been a strong player, but my left footed shots and pings had no power until I learned how to strike it properly with my weak foot. This made it possible for my strength to actually make an impact on my performance. I do agree with you that power and strength is important! But who’s to say you can’t do strength training, plyometrics, and technical training to develop your weak foot (and overall game) simultaneously? That is how professionals with access to top class fitness coaches, nutritionists, and facilities would approach it. I’ve been fortunate to have access to things like a gym, but some viewers may not so I try my best to give advice that can help everyone. I hope that makes sense and that’s my perspective on it! I appreciate you voicing a different perspective though! Sharing our knowledge and experiences is how we all grow together😁💪🏼
@@blobvis765my brothers argue about this all the time. I think what he’s saying is strengthening your weak foot improves how easy soccer training then becomes. Strengthening, meaning developing it so it feels natural for anything that you do. Like supporting you to turn and change direction, not burning out too easily, it’s connected to your brain, like you can feel and command it at will. I hope that makes some sense. Some people that have naturally developed those things with their weak foot/leg may benefit less from it. But, I have improved a lot from strengthening my weak foot then practicing soccer improved Sigh*
I got you! Watch this video titled “The 5 Best Shooting Techniques that you NEED to Master in Soccer” In it I breakdown 5 shooting techniques for you to help you improve your technique! So watch it, and then go out and try to focus on the details I provide to help you improve your technique! Just understand it will take months of consistent practice! So make sure you’re doing some shooting drills at least 4 days a week and being intentional about your technique and you’ll start seeing improvements to your game! I hope this helps😁🫶🏼
I’m not ambidextrous! And 99% of players aren’t! You just have to work extra hard on your weak foot and use these tips I gave in this video and it’ll improve😁👍🏼
That’s awesome! I’m not sure that ever changes just because that’s the very nature of having a “strong” or favored foot. Just like with your hands. You can learn to write with your opposite hand, but I don’t think the awkwardness goes away unless you completely disregard using your strong hand which obviously you don’t want to do with footy. Thats just my thoughts! I have yet to get to that point at least! My left foot has gotten more and more comfortable, but I’m just not sure it could ever feel as natural as using my right foot. If you get there with your weak foot be sure to let me know😁🫶🏼
@@KreiderAcademy Well, of course I’ll always favour my right foot. I’ve always used it. Now I’ve used the tactics in this video, I’ll be honest, it’s gotten easier to shoot, pass and cross with my left foot and not feel weird.
@@AggressivSeason that’s awesome! Keep up the hard work and it’ll keep getting more and more comfortable! I love to hear that the video was helpful🙌🏼🙌🏼
Sorry about that! If you’re struggling with the drills my advice is to focus more on dribbling and passing right now. They are simpler techniques to master and are more important for your performance in games because you dribble and pass more often than you shoot in games! Just go slower with these dribbling and passing drills and once you get more comfortable with the drills you can ramp up the intensity to continue to push yourself! I hope this helps😁🫶🏼

I hope this helps with your question😁🫶🏼🫶🏼

That’s awesome! I hope you’re enjoying the beautiful game! I’m sure this will help you with your weak foot😁

Hey guys, I’ve joined soccer club not long ago and I’m a left winger, I’ve got good pace so does anyone here have some tips for dribbling?
I’ve got a video that will help you out! It’s specifically about beating defenders 1v1 if you’re interested👍🏼
It’s titled “The Ultimate Guide to Beating Defenders 1v1 in Football”
Im a beginner
Idk anything about football
How do i go pro what are the skills i need to learn
Is it important to learn extra skills like Rainbow stepover elastico
@@KreiderAcademy thanks for taking time to reply 🙏
I will practice and see what I can do

Let’s go😁💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
In dribbling i mostly use my weak foot and sometimes my strong foot.
But in shooting i can't shoot with my weak foot 💀 ( Am I cooked ? )
No you’re not cooked😂
What’s the problem with your shots with your weak foot in comparison to your strong foot?
@@KreiderAcademythe ball can't go off the ground 💀, that's why i used it in dribbling
@@KreiderAcademy ok thanks i will give feedback

after running in forest so I put on on it some ice And today when I woke I still felt some slightly pain when I'm walking so I decided to cancel my training session for today and do it tomorrow did i took the Right decision or I was lazy I still feel when walking but it's not that high pain but still noticeable
Is this pain worse in the morning? Does the pain start to go away as you warm up?
No it's still and even after warmp up I feel pain
@@UNKNOWN-qt3ml I think you’ve taken the right decision! You know your body. There’s a difference between soreness and being hurt or injured. Pushing through soreness is a good thing since it will build your fitness.. however pushing through an injury runs the risk of making the injury more severe.
Be careful with what you’re doing because it sounds like an injury to me! I always recommend seeing a medical professional if you can so they can provide guidance on how best to get back to 100%.
Best of luck and I’m wishing you a speedy recovery🙌🏼🙌🏼
@@KreiderAcademy thanks

I know it’s hard, I know it’s demoralising, I know it’s frustrating but just play because you love the game ❤
And that love makes all the highs and lows of playing worth it!
My weak foot is already prettt good but sometimes i can kick a top corner freekick but others times i can bary get it off the ground
I have been really good with my left foot for the past year but now im injured
I’m wishing you a speedy recovery🙌🏼🙌🏼
My strong foot is really good but hard to copy to my left I end up toe punting it

@@KreiderAcademy I’ll try and thanks for the response
@@markoorlovic-jm5be you’re welcome! I’d recommend doing technical training for 1 hour to 1.5 hours, 6 days a week if you can. Then after training, spend 15 minutes doing fitness work to improve your stamina.

Hey can i get good with crocs ?
I’ve never had someone train in crocs before. But sure! I’d definitely recommend using cleats or some sort of soccer shoe if you can, but I’m all about making the most of what you have! So don’t worry about it!
Playing/training will have a different feeling on the ball with crocs but that doesn’t mean you can’t improve with crocs!
I’m very curious, so please keep me updated on how you progress😁👍🏼
We are seeing this with Noni Madueke
the only thing is i don't have a goal to kick it into
Just do what you can with what you have!

Can you do a
Can I do a?
This is an imaginary tutorial. Meaning that whoever develops it, basically saying use your weak foot and play more, it will develop. Sure, it works, but needs a few years. How to train weak foot in a short time? Develop power and strength first! Maybe some day I will develop a video to show you guys how. Or at least write down a tutorial
If you'd actually have trained your weak foot you'd know how quickly your weak foot improves by just focusing on technique, strenght is important but not even 5% of how important technique is.
@@blobvis765 yeah. If you ever trained professionally, you will know how much power and resistance training can improve your level.
But, I have improved a lot from strengthening my weak foot then practicing soccer improved
Sigh*

@@Sbuswell I love to hear that! I’m glad I was able to help😊🫶🏼
Being Ambidextrous is so lucky😢
I’m not ambidextrous! And 99% of players aren’t! You just have to work extra hard on your weak foot and use these tips I gave in this video and it’ll improve😁👍🏼
I’m only watching this because it feels weird using my left foot. I can do all the same things just it feels weird.

Hahaha now it’s time to develop that right foot😁💪🏼💪🏼

Bros giving me exercises but both my feet cant do it
Sorry about that!
