My daughter and I have worked on both of her feet for a long time. She has developed both feet at the same time. In both practice and in games, she ONLY uses the foot on whatever side she cuts to. If she cuts to her left, she uses her left foot, if she cuts to her right, then her right foot. Same for receiving passes. If the ball is on her left side, she uses her left foot. She is now equal with both feet and works on developing her skills with both feet simultaneously. She is her team's leading scorer. In her last game, she had an opportunity to score, but only if she could quickly kick it with her left foot. Because of her training, she didn't even think twice, just scored the goal with her left foot. Her coach player her left forward because she doesn't even think about which foot to use to dribble. If the defender is to her right, she uses her left foot.
That's awesome! It allows her so much more freedom of what she can do since she has developed both feet. Sounds like you've done a fantastic job coaching her! Thanks for sharing😁🫶🏻

Of course! I’m glad you got value from the video😁 And I absolutely love the boots. It takes a while for me to break into Mercurials since they are very narrow and I have wide feet… but they stretch out so once they begin to stretch out it feels fantastic
Absolutely! Firstly good luck! Here’s a couple of things to keep in mind while you’re on trial. Here’s a way to approach it mentally. You know you’re a talented player. You belong on this team and you’re there to help the team. So relax and let your play speak for itself. Obviously don’t be arrogant about it, but hold yourself in high confidence with everything you do because you should be there. As for the playing side… Play to your strengths, whatever they may be. Don’t try things that are outside of your skill set. For example, if you’re a defensive mid, don’t feel the need to dribble past players and score a long shot. Play to your strengths! Trying things at a trial that you wouldn’t normally can cause you to make mistakes, which can kill your confidence, and then actually kill your performance levels. I hope this helps and good luck! I know you’ll crush it😁💪🏼
Strat 2 is harder than it seems. in training its just soo hard to actually not having that feeling of scoring a banger with your strong foot so we just automatically just playing with strong foot rather than weak foot
Fantastic comment. I agree 100%. That’s why I recommend doing this with training on your own or with some friends. Doing it in team training would be so difficult. Even on your own it can be difficult mentally. Like you said, shooting with your strong foot feels amazing because you score bangers but then your weak foot makes you upset since it’s not as good… This held me back for too long… Just push through it and then your weak foot will start improving and then it becomes way easier to prioritize it!!
It totally is! It can be very tricky to learn but that’s just like with any skill for your weak foot. It just feels unnatural at the beginning… My advice is to do the Left Foot only session I gave you every week. But if you really want to work on dribbling and skill moves, then use the 15 minutes (to work on any skill) specifically for your weak foot dribbling and skills! This should really make a difference in your ability in a few months! Let me know how you progress😁💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
I use grip socks from a company called AMA athletix. Unfortunately their site is down right now so I need to get in contact with them. I’ll let you know what comes of it😁👍🏼

@@UNKNOWN-qt3ml I think you’ve taken the right decision! You know your body. There’s a difference between soreness and being hurt or injured. Pushing through soreness is a good thing since it will build your fitness.. however pushing through an injury runs the risk of making the injury more severe. Be careful with what you’re doing because it sounds like an injury to me! I always recommend seeing a medical professional if you can so they can provide guidance on how best to get back to 100%. Best of luck and I’m wishing you a speedy recovery🙌🏼🙌🏼
When I was a sophomore in highschool that's when I realized if I'm as good with my left as my right I'll be not only hard to defend but unpredictable and knowing what I did to help me I can work with my son at a way younger age and he can become better then I've ever been that's the goal for me give my son everything he needs to be successful and give him a competitive edge not just in competition but if he decides to go pro whether it's MLS or premier league his dream is the same mine was when I was 11 that was to hopefully be apart of the USA world cup team and be apart of the team that wins the first world cup for men's football ⚽️. So I'll be teaching him and having him run drills and he's a natural midfielder.

I can shoot good with my left foot inside and my right foot trivela, i use my left foot to shoot, but right to dribble, should my preffrence be to even out my body or do other things like stamina traning ?
Do you mean like fitness work? Why can’t you do both at the same time? My suggestion would be to try and make yourself as well-rounded as possible! I hope this helps😁🫶🏼
@@markoorlovic-jm5be you’re welcome! I’d recommend doing technical training for 1 hour to 1.5 hours, 6 days a week if you can. Then after training, spend 15 minutes doing fitness work to improve your stamina. I hope this helps💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
Yeah! I have never gotten rid of that feeling with my left foot. I've got a good shot with my left and it still doesn't feel as natural as with my right foot. I believe that is just the nature of having a strong foot and weak foot! It feels more natural over time but still not quite like my right! I hope this helps😁🫶🏻
@@UNKNOWN-qt3ml I got you! Im a beginner Idk anything about football How do i go pro what are the skills i need to learn Is it important to learn extra skills like Rainbow stepover elastico
There’s a lot of things that are needed to become a pro. You need to have excellent technical ability. Be very comfortable on the ball. You need to be excellent in all of these: dribbling, passing, crossing, shooting, defending, athleticism, ball control & first touch. But it differs on positions. Strikers need to be excellent finishers, whereas it isn’t important for center backs. Center backs need to be excellent defenders, whereas it isn’t as important for strikers.. My advice for beginners. Master the basics. Dribbling in tight areas, dribbling at max speed, short passing, first touch, long pings, and defending. Then you need to learn as much as you can tactically. How to defend as a team, attacking patterns of play. How to scan and be aware of your surroundings. Learn how what makes one decision better than the other options, etc. Extra skills are not important at all. Learn 2 or 3 simple moves that are effective (not flashy). It’s way easier to mess up an elastico or a rainbow than it is to mess up a body feint or step over. I hope this helps and good luck on your playing journey😁🫶🏼
I’ve never had someone train in crocs before. But sure! I’d definitely recommend using cleats or some sort of soccer shoe if you can, but I’m all about making the most of what you have! So don’t worry about it! Playing/training will have a different feeling on the ball with crocs but that doesn’t mean you can’t improve with crocs! I’m very curious, so please keep me updated on how you progress😁👍🏼
Unfortunately I don’t have plans on making a video for goal kicks anytime soon. But I don’t have videos on long balls and pings which is very similar to how you would kick the ball for goal kicks! Check it out! It’s titled “Master the PING using this Technique | How to Play Long Passes in Football” Let me know how it helps😁💪🏼💪🏼
I used to kick with my toe and I fixed that like a year ago and I had to start completely fresh with my shooting style so maybe i can just do that with my left foot
In last 2 months i trained a lot in individual passing and dribbling during this month I only played few small sides games now I improved in drills but my speed of play scanning everything becomes very worse than before but my friend who have my same level doesn't trained and played last 2 months but his speed of play was better than me . I improved my technique but in game I am playing worse .
Sounds to me like you’re just a bit rusty on speed of play. It’s natural as you get back into games. There’s more pressure and you’re forced to do everything a bit quicker! Don’t worry! You’ll get back up to speed quickly and then you’ll be even better than before since your technique has improved😁💪🏼
I disagree with the part that you should master your strong foot First. If you start learning techniques with both feet you Kind of get a better understanding of what makes or breakes a shot. Also it will feel more natural
I don’t think we really disagree! I didn’t mean to imply that you shouldn’t improve your weak foot. Generally, you should be developing both feet simultaneously. My point was that you can’t mimic good technique from your strong foot over to your weak foot if you don’t have it mastered yet on your strong foot. Otherwise you’re just copying inconsistent technique, if that makes sense. So if you’re trying to do the strong foot - weak foot approach, you need to master it with your strong foot first in order for it to work. You don’t have to use that approach to improve your weak foot, it is just a tool I’ve used to help me and others get significant improvements to their weak foot! Let me clarify what I meant when I said to master your strong foot first. When I was learning to shoot or ping (or whatever skill) I practiced with both feet. But since I’m right footed I focused more on my right foot and got it down quicker because it comes more naturally to my right foot. Then I started trying to mimic that technique over to my left foot which helped my left foot get it down quicker. I hope that makes sense!
ım ambidextrous most don't know how much of a difference this is i can do everything with %100 on both sides this is a god given gift but i have a friend who is normally right legged but he mastered his weak foot 4/5 if we compare it to his right but this will take atleast a week to adapt your leg to this and the rest is just as hard but it's not impossible
Nope it’s not impossible at all! It’s all about pushing through the frustration that comes along with using your less natural leg. It’s nice to be able to do everything with both feet!
If you can, I recommend recording your free kicks so that way you can analyze the video and compare your technique from when you score a banger versus when you can barely get the shot off the ground. Try to figure out the differences between a successful free kick and one that isn’t as good and then be intentional about improving your technique! I hope this helps😁🫶🏼
Depends on the situation and your goal with the ball! If the defender is towards goal, then dribble towards him as opposed to down the line because then they force you away from goal more easily. If they are recovering from out wide, and you have a path toward goal then attack the space! This is just general guidance though because it is dictated by the specific situation you’re in! I hope this helps with your question😁🫶🏼🫶🏼

Like you said, shooting with your strong foot feels amazing because you score bangers but then your weak foot makes you upset since it’s not as good…
This held me back for too long… Just push through it and then your weak foot will start improving and then it becomes way easier to prioritize it!!
I don’t know if it’s possible for your weak foot to dribble like roulette it’s so hard plz make a video abt mastering dribbling with your weak foot.
It totally is! It can be very tricky to learn but that’s just like with any skill for your weak foot. It just feels unnatural at the beginning…
My advice is to do the Left Foot only session I gave you every week. But if you really want to work on dribbling and skill moves, then use the 15 minutes (to work on any skill) specifically for your weak foot dribbling and skills!
This should really make a difference in your ability in a few months! Let me know how you progress😁💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
ngl this really helped me out but what grip socks do you use?
I use grip socks from a company called AMA athletix. Unfortunately their site is down right now so I need to get in contact with them. I’ll let you know what comes of it😁👍🏼
So yesterday i had serious and bad pain in bottom of the feet below heels
after running in forest so I put on on it some ice And today when I woke I still felt some slightly pain when I'm walking so I decided to cancel my training session for today and do it tomorrow did i took the Right decision or I was lazy I still feel when walking but it's not that high pain but still noticeable
Is this pain worse in the morning? Does the pain start to go away as you warm up?
No it's still and even after warmp up I feel pain
@@UNKNOWN-qt3ml I think you’ve taken the right decision! You know your body. There’s a difference between soreness and being hurt or injured. Pushing through soreness is a good thing since it will build your fitness.. however pushing through an injury runs the risk of making the injury more severe.
Be careful with what you’re doing because it sounds like an injury to me! I always recommend seeing a medical professional if you can so they can provide guidance on how best to get back to 100%.
Best of luck and I’m wishing you a speedy recovery🙌🏼🙌🏼

At the starting of football from when I play from then my weak foot is 5*
That’s awesome!! Keep up the good work💪🏼💪🏼
When I was a sophomore in highschool that's when I realized if I'm as good with my left as my right I'll be not only hard to defend but unpredictable and knowing what I did to help me I can work with my son at a way younger age and he can become better then I've ever been that's the goal for me give my son everything he needs to be successful and give him a competitive edge not just in competition but if he decides to go pro whether it's MLS or premier league his dream is the same mine was when I was 11 that was to hopefully be apart of the USA world cup team and be apart of the team that wins the first world cup for men's football ⚽️.

@@KreiderAcademy I’ll try and thanks for the response
@@markoorlovic-jm5be you’re welcome! I’d recommend doing technical training for 1 hour to 1.5 hours, 6 days a week if you can. Then after training, spend 15 minutes doing fitness work to improve your stamina.

im left footed but i got good shooting on my right but it still feels weird is that normal?

Im a beginner
Idk anything about football
How do i go pro what are the skills i need to learn
Is it important to learn extra skills like Rainbow stepover elastico

Hey can i get good with crocs ?
I’ve never had someone train in crocs before. But sure! I’d definitely recommend using cleats or some sort of soccer shoe if you can, but I’m all about making the most of what you have! So don’t worry about it!
Playing/training will have a different feeling on the ball with crocs but that doesn’t mean you can’t improve with crocs!

Does this work in football or is it just soccer 😁 great tips.. ty
Hahaha this made me laugh😂 you’re welcome

@KreiderAcademy yep i wrote the exact same thing it's not impossible but it will take time you shouldnt expect it to be 100% same in like a week
U need to be able to hit near post shots with your weak foot too! I did not see one near post shot with ur left peg
I have trained the weaker leg a lot and I can really do the basic things with it, but nothing more
Keep working hard! It’ll come💪🏼💪🏼

My weak foot is already prettt good but sometimes i can kick a top corner freekick but others times i can bary get it off the ground
If you can, I recommend recording your free kicks so that way you can analyze the video and compare your technique from when you score a banger versus when you can barely get the shot off the ground. Try to figure out the differences between a successful free kick and one that isn’t as good and then be intentional about improving your technique! I hope this helps😁🫶🏼
when we dribble soccer .we should drive dricet to defender or space.
Pls do vid on centre of gravity
