The La Belle, first one, was amazing. Love it. The only thing I would change would be the wire racks in the closets, I'd put wood racks instead. Otherwise stunningly beautiful.
This is just exquisite! Palm Harbor makes lovely, sturdy homes. Love the layout. Kitchen island is perfect size & without a sink & dishwasher in it! Love the den. Master bedroom & bath superb.

Change the office and pantry combine the two into a dream butlers pantry , remove the cabinet doors under the counter and replace them with drawers, get rid of the wire racks. Set it on a basement with a cold room connected to the basement, with a heavy door. I’ve never heard of a cold room until I watched a home remodel with a cold room in the basement. Guess it’s a Canadian thing.

Chance, that second home with that extra room in the master bedroom is called a dressing room in the Midwest. You get your clothes out of the closet take them into the dressing room to get dressed.

The First One Amazing Simply Block Off The wall to the bathroom make it simple the main floor bath n then give that flex room turned into a bathroom I feel would be better use of that area

The champion home in Arizona is my fav. I love the 3 eating spaces and two living rooms. Enough space for my family and the pricing is workable.
