You bet this one is a winner, perfect size for retirement… love the colors and the great kitchen… really impressed with everything.. lose the carpet in the living room…. Great little cutie pie of a home… thanks chance
I like this! Its nice for a first house for young couple, older couple, or a single person. The only problems are the small bedrooms(guest). Our code states they can not be less than ten by twelve. Maybe the builder can come up with a solution. Otherwise, perfect .
In my opinion the bedrooms are more than adequate. My master bedroom is about 9 1/2 by 13. And yes with a Cal King it's a little narrow. A queen fit much better. Anyway it's still comfortable and totally livable. It's not the size that matters😉 It's how you use it🎉
While I don't like those kind of doors for the pantry, I do like the pantry. It had seemed like there were cupboards missing in the kitchen, so the pantry adds more cupboards and drawers plus food storage. I like the island but would have liked to see how big the cupboards on the stoll side was. No microwave area. The living room seems to be nice sized. Nice laundry room as well. Nice linen closet and you forgot to show us the coat closet. I have found that most homes in the 1400-1600 sq foot range, if they have been designed well have everything that I would want. Some mater closets in bigger homes are so huge, but the reality is, I know we wouldn't fill up one of those closets unless I was storing my sewing stuff in there as well. I have been following you for years and this week you showed two extremes in homes. You showed a triple wide, ~3000 sq ft home, and then this double wide, not quite 1400 sq ft. Yhe bigger home you said had everything, but it didn't. It had no guest/coat closet, no linen closet, no storage closet, It had a huge living room that was twice what it needed to be, multiple dining places, and huge bedrooms. This smaller house today did have all the important things including a coat closet, a big linen closet, A very nice walk-in pantry and a decent kitchen, The bedrooms are fairly small but unless you had more than one kid in a room they were big enough, especially for sleeping. To me this house had everything. It had a good use of space. If you didn't want a basement you get more storage or bigger master closet/pantry. The big plus is half as much to heat and cool down which will be a big savings year after year. I like this little house. It is all I need at this point in my life.
I think the pantry could make an office . You have a side door with a place for coats and shoes . This one is perfect! Thanks for the tour Chance ! God Bless.
We’re empty nesters, but not retired. I’m liking some of the smaller modular options, but it seems like they’re always out of my area. I loved the Casita, almost exactly our dream. I think I’m getting frustrated in either settling for a larger manufactured home or a small stick built. I agree I’d rather the prep area more than this super awesome pantry, but workable. Struggling to find middle ground.
Nice smaller home. Nice floor plan but those bedrooms are a little too small I think. Maybe it would be okay for a small child or an office. Master bedroom is pretty small too. Thanks for the tour, Chance ! 👍 I hope you and your family had a great Christmas !
Huge pantry and VERY LITTLE counter space in the kitchen. I like the shelf space in it, but the other side looks like wasted space which could have been part of the kitchen. Where would you put a microwave and still have a decent amount of workspace? Besides that, the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are way too small. No thanks.
Very nice house plan. Love the kitchen and pantry. I think the doors to the pantry could be actual cupboards. A little more storage space for maybe spices or something.
❤❤❤ I sincerely hope that you and your family had a wonderful Christmas and I wish you and your family a very happy, healthy, and blessed new year for 2025.😊😊😊
Only a nut would pay 200k for a 1300 sq ft finished shed. You have more pantry than bedroom space. This the same house habitat for humanity was building for 30 grand a few decades ago.
Personal opinion only and am entitled to it. Seems they are taking dlb wides or 2 single mobiles, connecting them and calling it modular. I've noticed this on a lot of past homes. Not going to stop me from staying subscribe and watching. I watch all on big screen and comment from phone.
CHANCE?? THIS HOME IS LOCKED AND LOADED WOTH ALL KINDS OF FEATURES!! VERY MODERN LOOKING HOME!! JUST A BEAUTY! THANK YOU!!
That pantry was definitely the only feature of that home that I really liked~But, it truly was the best pantry I’ve ever seen!!!
You bet this one is a winner, perfect size for retirement… love the colors and the great kitchen… really impressed with everything.. lose the carpet in the living room…. Great little cutie pie of a home… thanks chance
This is going on my short list of favorites. I'm curious to see what the chef's prep option looks like! LOVE THE PANTRY!
Love the outlay of this home. Love tge hidden pantry. Wish it had room for a freezer in the laundry room.
Congrats on 800,000 subscribers chance .
That area is called a Butler's Pantry. Awesome!
Sold me on that hidden pantry!!! Love it its perfect! Now i have to win the lottery!!!
That pantry is definitely worthy of a dance!
That stairwell area makes a great broom closet.
With a couple of adjustments, this house is very nice indeed!

@joshuapiatt3713 it's actually what the code officer says. Whether I or you thinks it's adequate is very much irrelevant .
So yes, size does matter.
Wow!!! Gorgeous home, would have to get rid of the wire racks. But over all, it’s beautiful!
Great Home! Everything you need!
OMG!! This is it!!! My perfect home!!!! ❤😍❤️😍 Thank you Chance!!!!!
As a senior my hubby and I would love this home. It's perfect and definitely can add garage, I love it!!
I like kitchen in the Backsplash in floor in livingroom

This is a very functional little starter home, retirement home, or lakeside holiday home.
Love the large front room, kitchen and pantry. The bedrooms are nice but a little bit small
Nice home! I especially like the butler's pantry. 🎉
This one seems perfect
This is an Awesome starter home. I love all the possibilities. I want one now. 😊💜💜💜

Wow! That pantry sells this house! 💗🙏👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks for this house tour. It seems small, but I love it. It has plenty of room.
House is beautiful.I hope you had a Merry Christmas. And I wish a very happy healthy prosperous new year
Super nice home. Good price for that much home.
Hope your family had a great Christmas. 🎅🏽🎄✝
Merry Christmas ✨️ ✨️✨️
Beautiful 😍
I like this one a lot, only thing bedroom closet a little small except in master bedroom.
ITS NICE BUT WAS WONDERING IF YOU CAN MAKE TWO MASTERS SUITES AND THE BASEMENT
Nice home! Perfect for a couple or a single person!
I'm doing good thank you for asking 🤗
Wishing you and your family the best too
Perfect! 😊😊
Great tour good sir ❤️❤️🇨🇦
Nice Home.🏡Chance,It was seeing your feet kick during the pantry dance for me!😂🎄🎁🙏🏽
This is very nice!
This is a nice home.
Very nice. Thanks for the tour. Blessings.
Happy Thursday Chance
Nice home but the living room, the way they have the furniture in it.Where would you put a entertainment center
I never seem to stage the furniture so you have a place to watch television. How are we going to see Chance's shows ? 🤔
Love the pantry
Very nice
Nice home!
Love everything about this house except the price.
I love it!
They should use ABC seamless Siding. The siding I’m seeing is cheap and seams are loose!
Nice smaller home.
Nice floor plan but those bedrooms are a little too small I think. Maybe it would be okay for a small child or an office. Master bedroom is pretty small too.
Thanks for the tour, Chance ! 👍
I hope you and your family had a great Christmas !
Great pantry. Need room for a freezer maybe
I didn't realize that the pantry dance is like a can can dancer kicking your feet up I definitely don't want to see those moves😂😂😂😂
How much is it?
FIRST ONE TO COMMENT 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Why is there no coat closet? Nice house, I would make the laundry room a little smaller and the dining room a little larger.
these prices are CRAZY... In a good way... My mom's house is the same size (approximately) and we can sell it for over $1,000,000.00
What hello punkin got to do with????
Needs more counter space..
These models are much cheaper in Wisconsin. I'm shocked that they list for so much more.
Nice floor plan, but the rooms are a little too small for me.
You know Chance, sometimes as a joke I expect you to say that this modular house has everything but the kitchen sink
❤
Just needs a fireplace!!

The video is not out.
Is it free👀
Very nice house plan. Love the kitchen and pantry. I think the doors to the pantry could be actual cupboards. A little more storage space for maybe spices or something.
unfortunate, here in this area, the minimum size is 1800 sqft.
❤❤❤ I sincerely hope that you and your family had a wonderful Christmas and I wish you and your family a very happy, healthy, and blessed new year for 2025.😊😊😊
The smaller the area of the house, the better the designer will offer. But the upper areas are not very interesting

When I saw sink in the middle of kitchen I was out
Love the pantry.
