Food poisoning is nasty to deal with and we've all probably heard of it. Learn the early warning signs of food poisoning, mostly restricted to feeling ill and experiencing really bad stomach cramps. Food poisoning is often hard to trace back to one specific source. Fortunately, your treatment doesn't hinge on how you got it. The best ways to take care of food poisoning will probably sound familiar. Rest up, stay at home, drink plenty of fluids, and eat small and plain meals until your stomach feels more settled.
Luckily, most food poisoning can be cured by simply staying home and taking care of yourself. If you have concerns, you can always schedule an appointment with a Babylon doctor to ask for advice.

I was laying in bed for hours in pain with the chills and a fever and weakness and soreness in my muscles. Just rolling around and moaning in pain and then I went to the bathroom and all of a sudden projectile vomited the longest and hardest I’ve ever experienced in my life, it felt like I was possessed.

Seriously! I am just now feeling well enough to look at this screen and listen to anything. The sudden projectile… after my first I thought that was it! I can’t believe how much came out and the pain. I lost track of how many hours it was to even feel a hit of relief. The rolling and throwing off and putting on the blankets and changing the temps… first day down. Coming here makes me feel better, I’m not over exaggerating. Now I’m gonna sip on some fluids… fuuuuuuuuu

Food poisoning was by far the worst stomach pain I've ever had, and the bad part is it started just before I went to bed, so needless to say I was up throughout the night glued to the toilet with nothing but water coming out both ends and now I am very cautious about what I eat cuz I do not want to go through that again.

I felt sick all day, was on the toilet for most of it. Then in bed was when the stomach pains started 💀 i fell asleep, woke up and puked over my bed (I'm on the top bunk)
All over my fuckin carpet. I then cleaned that, went back to bed, woke up barely half an hour later and projectile vomited all over my room. I then started cleaning that, I then threw up AGAIN on the carpet 😭
Then I threw up in the tub. I decided to j camp out in this bathroom atp. I just threw up for a 5th time, physically hurting 💃 im shivering, I'm weak, I'm tired asf, I'm cold, I feel like I'm dying. Literally curled up on the floor rn. waiting for round 6 💪🗿💪 bring it

I think I ate a tainted frozen pizza last night. I woke up with crazy diarrhea but went to work anyway. Went to a job site and started feeling nauseous. So I drove a couple blocks away, got out my truck,went on my hands and knees and started puking right there is the road. The force of my body puking caused the diarrhea to come as well. I was crapping and puking so much that I took my pants off in the street, had my ass in the air just spraying diarrhea all over the street while puking out to other end. Thanks food poisoning 👍. I hope none of the neighbors see me on their home cameras. That would be embarrassing

Just got out of hospital with food poisoning, single most painful thing I have ever had , and I once suffered a collapsed lung!, I have no vomit just passing pure blood out the rear end with intense abdominal pain! My advice to anyone would be do not let it go as long as I did, and seek medical help immediately! Stay safe people 🙏

Little trick. If you can't keep any fluids down, suck on ice chips. It mostly absorbs before it reaches the stomach.
On 1/22/23 I purchased a cold sub style sandwich from Walmart in Roseville Michigan on Gratiot. Ate it around 2:30pm, started feeling weird around 4pm. Around 6pm I knew it was food poisoning from the sandwich because I never get sick. 11pm I'm on the toilet spewing from both ends. Moral of the story, never eat anything from the deli section at Wal-Mart
I had food poisoning on Monday night. It's 6 days later and I'm still recovering. I'm a 6'6 41 yo male and I can say I have never been this sick in my life. I was violently sick for 10 hours straight. Almost a week later and I still have loss of appetite and aches and pains in the body. Also very tired and light headed
I just got over food poisoning an the first day was horrible an the second day was worst because of all the throwing up i did gave me Sore throat and headaches

I ordered some fried chicken last night, woke up at 3 in the morning with extreme stomach pain then started diarrhearing and vomiting until afternoon, my body got so dry and weak, one hour ago i made a drink with cucumber juice lime juice and little ginger juice and raw honey then add the same amount of cold water it was so tasty and refreshing and now im already feeling way better. I've had food poisoning twice in my life. Once when I was 25 and it lasted for about a week. It was literally horrendous. And I've just come out of a 2 days stint in bed. If you're able I would recommend an enema or a salt water flush. It'll help flush out all that shite and at least give you relief.

I used to have that too. It’s probably not food poisoning, at least for me it wasn’t. I used to have it quite regularly back when my diet wasn’t very good. I was eating a lot of gluten and dairy and sugar. Try looking into your diet, if you’re eating something that irritates your gut, that could help.
You can’t handle too much sulfate based products like pasta or anything gluten

It means you have too much gas. Had that happen to me in like 7th grade was awful. I was constantly silently and deadly farting and silently burping and almost throwing up from the smells of my farts and burps. You should try drinking tea and eating saltine crackers.

I literally had Mexican food 10 minutes ago and after I left I felt like puking, I wanted to fall to the ground but I stayed up and continued to buckle my nephew into the truck. I felt that go away but later on about 5 minutes later my stomach started hurting like hell, my mother looked concerned because I had never felt this bad in years. She took me straight home and I'm here in the toilet trying to hold back from puking 🤮🤮

I got mine from eating king prawns at Christmas dinner.
It came on so fast and to my horror there was only one toilet near the dining area that I could use.
I couldn't hold it back, Im sure that everyone could hear and most likely smell the awful scene playing out...

Yes, if the vomit or poop somehow get in your mouth by even a microscopic drop from someone else then u can get infected. And norovirus spreads very easily

I have no vomiting, just very watery poop with moderate abdomonal cramping. I'm now on day 3 and the frequency of the pooping has gradually reduced, however I think this is because I'm scared to eat, so I'm eating much less than normal. I feel weak, achy and light headed. This all happened aftee eating both oysters and mussels at a top restaurant in London. The seafood was defintely fresh, but unfortunately this doesnt mean its not contimated with toxins 😢. I can't even take time off work, its just very inconvenient and annoying. Plus my farts now smell attrrocious!. Silly me for trying to live the high life 😅.

@@hashirmaxwell5086 this is how i do it and its the fastest way to get better in my experience. Once you notice symptoms of food poisoning, immediately chug a ton of water and make yourself vomit all the nasty shit out and keep topping yourself up with water and basically purge yourself of all the toxins, after that take a couple charcoal pills and drink hot lemon water and try to rest as much as you can. After a few hours you should be at least feeling 80% better. Works for me.

Always keep activated charcoal on hand. I just had an uncontrollable puking episode hours after eating Totinos pizza rolls. I didn't stop puking until those roles came up. Then I was dry heaving. I mixed some activated charcoal in water and after a while, I recovered. I really felt like my body was desperately trying to get rid of something harmful. After the charcoal, i had to eliminate out the other end and continued to feel better.

I know this was made 2 years ago, but I’m still going to make my comment. I ate something really bad and now I’m pretty sure I don’t want to eat that ever again. (It was Ramen) I started to feel weird a little bit and then I had a bit of stomach pain. I didn’t vomit but did have a little bit of diarrhea but that was only because I had constipation and I took a suppository and my body was still trying to get better from constipation. I went to sleep feeling alright, but then I woke up feeling again, a bit weird. I’m going to go to see my doctor so they can clarify if I had food poisoning or maybe a virus. Just went through this today both ends was horrible but my advice is keep drinking water even if it keeps coming back up stay hydrated as much as possible you dont want to have to goto the hospital cayse your dehydrated and plus throwing up water feels alot better than nothing at all that hurts just dry heavin
