    Thank you so much for this challenge it is helping to keep me going on this journey. I started yoga about a year ago, having a challenge helps to keep me focused and not give excuses not to show up.

    Thanks for creating this challenge, I want make doing yoga more regularly a habit and the length of the videos are short so my laziness isn’t getting the better of me as I start this journey! I’m sitting in from of the computer or a tablet for a good part of the day so this session was something I really needed, heard lots of cracking too 😂

      Good for you Glori! Especially for listening to your body and never forcing anything that isn't right for today. Chest and shoulder tensions can definitely be related, but you're practicing so regularly these days that your body will thank you for it! 🌟

    Thank you for this. I have thoracic outlet syndrome and it all stems from my chest. I did this today and my hands fell asleep much less severely throughout the morning. Do you have any more things for the upper chest. I find when I clasp my hands behind my back, I cannot lift my hands up at all, so I know this is where I need to work.

    Hi Joelle, When I've done reverse tabletop before the hands have pointed towards the body. Are hands pointing away from the body harder? I know I couldn't get as much lift as I normally do.

      Good question! I'd say for most people it probably is harder due to the position of the shoulders, and the sensation in the chest area will probably be a little different :)
