    Don't eat seed oils or processed foods, animal fat cholesterol is the only fat you want in your body, coconut, avocado, and olive oil isn't too bad. But olive oil is the most likely oil to be actually seed oils.

      are you saying seed oils are bad for you? and that OLIVE OIL is a seed oil - thus, bad for you ??

      @@TomMcDonaldatYahooDotCom almost all vegetables oils are bad for you, especially seed oils, the exceptions are avocado, olive, and coconut. The issue is with olive oil and likely avocado, there is a big black market selling seed oils labeled as high end olive oil.
