What he does is called active recall . Meaning he learns, practice, and rehearse what he studied before recording. Depending on the subject it might take him days, weeks , or months to learn the topic so he can teach it to the world. Anyone can do this, but it takes practice to remove what you learned from short term memory to long term. This is how I got through my engineering courses. Or maybe I could be wrong and he has photographic memory(Not a real thing btw) lol.

the examples of comparing each logic gate to an actual circuit made so many concepts click in my brain, I've never even thought of it that way, I was always just taught logic as its own thing. Wow
i just love how my teacher takes about 6 lessons 50 minutes each to describe this and i still dont understand then he comes and does everything in 50 minutes and i understand

I'm actually so sad that this is free and I'm paying thousands a semester getting literally lower quality lectures from my classes. Our uni switched to completely online lectures and I spent hours doing this and learnt bascially nothing from my teachers.
