Anytime I've been falsely accused of something .... I've found it necessary to talk in code with the people I vented with. Doesn't everyone ? Charlie smiles after listening, as if he was thinking " Dang, I'm good " These audios alone probably resulted in a guilty verdict, Mom is going down !
No way, if the mom was innocent, she would have reported being harassed. She would have never entertained these calls as much as she did. She didn’t call the police to reports harassment bc she was part of the murder

Even though Donna was abrupt & not afraid to speak up (but in a guarded, fawning way) not once did she say to “Sammy”, “This is disgusting, we lost a family member, how dare you?!” She did not give him an ultimatum, either, she could’ve easily told him to give her more info or she’d end the conversation. She literally pleaded with him and used *pity plays!*
Convincing a jury is more about optics than anything else. You need to present the appearance of guilt even if ostensibly so in order to do that. This call makes Donna and by extension Charlie look terrible. Shes sounds very worried and scared but any logical person would deduce if that were so for innocent reasons she would've taken this to the police immediately.
What if you're commiting some other crime like financial fraudulent and don't want to give the police the rights to dig dirt? Remember, at this time, it's clear to everyone that the police was SUSPECTING them and EYEING ON them, you DO NOT invite THOSE whose intention is to get you down, if you say otherwise, then you're a hypocrite! It seems like have some shady money scheme going on in the family, but that doesnt mean they commited the murder as well! The mother was scared coz she's threatened by a GANGSTER, while not TRUSTING the police becoz they clearly consider her entire family "people of interest" at that time, I think there's nothing illogical about her stress! If the police already don't TRUST me being innocent, I'm not gonna still think they are good people to rely on, am I? 😏
@@LEARNING-67well then that other crime should be a central part of his defense. He's looking at going to prison for the rest of his life for conspiring in someone's murder and is very likely going to be convicted. These phone calls and their actions are pretty damning in my opinion.
But they both clearly say they dk anything and tell the guy he's confused N to go find the right person or go to police. I don't see anything wrong with telling a strange guy this even after he's insisting they know something they still say they don't know anything. Regarding Wendi's "interrogation": When I had experienced a traumatic incident similar to this, I couldn't even remember what time I had gone to bed let alone anything else about that day. I was in shock and was gaining some sense of stability by answering the questions asked. I was too shocked to form any questions in my mind. I certainly wasn't as chatty as this gal. I struggled with every question. The questions themselves were shocking to me. It didn't occur to me for a moment that I was a potential suspect. She had far too much "presence of mind." Everything screamed contrived: her tone of voice, breathing, body language, "crying", her questions and her answers. She came across as a gal who is incredibly masterful at manipulating men. I am so very curious how she would have responded to a female investigator. Quite different, I think. (Are male investigators trained for this?)
Charlie is toast. No shot of even a hung jury unless they got to a juror - but given the dopes they hired for the hit, they would screw that up as well

Anytime I've been falsely accused of something .... I've found it necessary to talk in code with the people I vented with.
Doesn't everyone ?
Charlie smiles after listening, as if he was thinking " Dang, I'm good "
These audios alone probably resulted in a guilty verdict,
Mom is going down !
Bingo!! I literally just thought of that. They're talking in code regarding something they know nothing about?! Why ????! Guilty AF
Donna's goose is slowly being cooked. It's already crispy on the outside. Could she be next?
🤣🤣🦆
OMG, Charlie and Katie talk like they're besties.
They are going down
I really hope so-it’s been too long
2:10 She is making an excuse for calling Charlie because she knows their phones had been wire tapped.
Just proves all the money and high profile degrees and education dosent make you a good person
No way, if the mom was innocent, she would have reported being harassed. She would have never entertained these calls as much as she did. She didn’t call the police to reports harassment bc she was part of the murder
They all need to be held accountable for this murder. They are all guilty. I can't believe these people are still walking free.
We know why Donna was removed from witness list now. Oooo she goin down last right behind Wendy!
They think they slick as snot using all that secret code talk. Super slimy! Treachery ALWAYS COMES TO LIGHT EVENTUALLY!
if that's what they considered "secret code"??!! My 5 year old niece would've done a better job! They're wealth, snarkiness, entitlement, I guess thought they'd get away with it. but jeeez...dumbest, idiotic criminals ever! ssssssso glad they've been found guilty.
Code words with your mommy is weird.
She never called the police.😅😅😅😅😅
If she truly didn't know , she would have a Detective or F B I agent sitting next to her monitoring the phone call so they could then arrest said caller and charge them with extortion .
Of course she knew and had something do with it! Or she would have gone to the police!!
I would have thought "the undercover" would be meaner and a lot more threatening in order to scare them into talking.
Oh Donna, AKA Ma Barker of the clan! None of them has a conscience excluding Robert, the estranged son/brother.
Honest Abe
Convincing a jury is more about optics than anything else. You need to present the appearance of guilt even if ostensibly so in order to do that. This call makes Donna and by extension Charlie look terrible. Shes sounds very worried and scared but any logical person would deduce if that were so for innocent reasons she would've taken this to the police immediately.
Exactly!
Implicating himself in a lesser crime would likely cast more doubt in jurors minds about why he's acting this way would be the obvious defense choice to me. These phone calls and their actions are pretty damning in my opinion.
But they both clearly say they dk anything and tell the guy he's confused N to go find the right person or go to police. I don't see anything wrong with telling a strange guy this even after he's insisting they know something they still say they don't know anything. So I don't see anything on the calls that proves murder. I'm sure the police/ fbi are angry that these people didn't pay or fall for their undercover jobs. 🤔 Nothing stands out in the 📞 to me . An Charlie was dating Katie still a little so nothing wrong with calling bk n forth to someone else especially if you really dk what the guy is referring to. They never admitted anything, never paid him . All I've seen from the state is speculation and guess work. It's rather pitiful case sadly.
@@Snail.1then you missed the code they were using when discussing a “tv”. Listen again.
She needs to be sitting next to Charlie.
Charlie is effed
Charlie the narcissist, who thinks he's god's gift to women, how has he managed to sit there since the trial started without talking, he can't stop any other time.
These people think they are not answerable to anybody.
Charlie is toast. No shot of even a hung jury unless they got to a juror - but given the dopes they hired for the hit, they would screw that up as well
Exactly. I can't believe Charlie would think some bone head like Katie knows some professional hitmen .
One was a drug addict and the other can't read or write .
You were right and funny
I find it hilarious that through most of the conversations, one has absolutely no idea what the other one is trying to say in code lol. And it just comes off as even more suspicious 😄
Hello, and again, Thank You for posting this!
If anyone was being extorted, threatened and harassed they would immediately go to the police. The mere fact that this family did not do that clearly shows they were all in on the murder.
Why didn’t she just say “wrong number weirdo” and hang up ? Lol
Why didn’t Donna ask the undercover so you are saying Katie has something to do with the murder I mean that’s what a mother in law would do right try and get the truth out of this man that claims to know all about the crime
That smug smile will be wiped of your face by the end of the week Charlie !!!!
Donna and Wendi need to be in jail tomorrow!
Charlie smiles 4 times during this trial he’s insane
I picked up on that he's an evil weasel looking human being. We saw after the verdict he wasn't smiling or smirking. KARMA.
The chickens are all comming home to roost now! 😲
EXCELLENT COVERAGE. THANK YOU.
