  • Amid the release of additional wire-tapped phone calls in the hitman conspiracy murder trial on Wednesday, FBI Special Agent Patrick Sanford faced intense questioning from the defense. Adelson's lawyer grilled Sanford on his analysis of the defendant's conversations for any information related to the murder of his ex-brother-in-law Dan Markel. During his testimony, Sanford said he believed that Donna Adelson, Charlie Adelson's mother, was a co-conspirator in the murder case.

I’ve not been watching this from the beginning but from the few days I’ve been watching, they have no “absolute” evidence against him. Also, when the calls came in, he wasn’t hiding anything, trying to hush anyone up especially the mom when talking. He when on the phone really had no idea why she got the letter nor what it was about. He wasn’t being secretive at all…unless he was trying to be careful for someone else’s worry. Again, I’ve only been watching a few days, but I think it’s possible he will get off.

@@maryreynolds5310There is no such thing as “absolute” evidence. There is direct or circumstantial evidence and both carry the same weight.
There is a ton of circumstantial evidence against Charlie and if you use your critical thinking skills you too will see how guilty he is. Think about this; why would 2 members of the Latin Kings rent a car and drive hours to kill a random guy? They wouldn’t. The connection was Katy. And how did Katy know who Dan was? CHARLIE. I’ve watched the Dateline show on this case and at least 2 other documentary type shows with interviews and now the trial from the start. He’s guilty. So is Donna, the Dad and Wendy. They all conspired to have Dan killed and they all should be in prison. ⚖️
