Courtnay Taylor. Ada Wong. 2012. Six may be underated and misunderstood but this was by far the most thrilling and suspenseful Ada Wong arch. The hookshot is a staple to the series, and truly a unique perspective for traversing an outbreak. It absolutely made Ada's campaign all the more adventurous than the other's as well as revealing given the sights Ms. Wong sees. I'll take Ada Wong high flying the Shanghai skyline anytime. Imagine an open world RE with Ada's hookshot 😭 From bioterrorist to Deborah's mercy killing, to saving Sherry and Jake, stopping for civilians on the Quad Towers, and cleaning up Carla's mess. Ada has come arguably further as an anti-hero than some heroes. Leon who only faces remorse, to more extensive PTSD like Jill who faced Nemesis and even was brainwashed, Ada never complained, never wavered, she just kept going on her own accord.
2:35 Was the hardest skill to use grapple hook. She had to shoot twice in different places before she goes inside the train which is very impossible to do. In reality she might be dead by falling if she failed the second shot. Or hit by post when trying to get inside the train. But hey shes Ada wong what can we say...
Truly no other could be capable, leads me to believe Ada has some elite training or enhancements from her past. Given her identity and organization still remain unknown, Ada could helm from any part of high society, government, or agency in the world stage that's still in hiding. She's always assigned to Leon's assignments yet steps above him, she's also worked for Simmons and Wesker, two very high echelons of government. Her line of work as an industrial spy is extraordinary, placing her in the highest levels of threat, rather an urban outbreak or brokering with a madman, or undercover BSAA in a foreign hotzone. And almost at the doors of the Village, again. Viral infection or not, if Jill is a super cop, Ada Wong is 110% Resident Evil's super spy galore. Double-0 who?

Considering they were both after the same virus in Raccoon City with limited options and traversal, Ada probably avoided any military presence during her heist. If you ever saw “Captain America: Winter Soldier” think of Black Widow vs Winter Soldier, Natasha new she was outmatched by sheer skill and strength, but could still outwit Bucky with gadgets. Using a garrot wire, her Widows bite, and a voice recorder to throw off his trail all in one skirmish just to escape him. Ada has done similarly, using her glasses, hookshot, or any entry point she can find within seconds to escape her assailants, as she narrowly escaped Mr. X in the sewers via a shaft. HUNK would absolutely give her hell, but trust that Ms. Wong always finds a way to live another day.
That is hilarious that this video lasts 5 minutes. This game is so over the top. Ada really just puts all her trust in that hookshot and that it'll stick. And when she shoots at her feet to hookshot herself down there's no decrease in momentum she might as well of just jumped down.
