Ada literally saved everyone butt. Leon, Helena, Sherry and Jake. Leon and Helena there was zombies all around them. Ada in a helicopter kill most of the zombies. Sherry and Jake, the chainsaw zombie was about to board the boat. Ada shot him right between the eye. Ada Wong is the best.
But don't forget she never bothered to save anyone but herself the first 2 games, that's why she's the best. Because she became the woman that COULD save everyone, including herself, and even killed her old self through Carla. Honestly the mercy killing of Deborah Harper was it. Right then and there Ada chose to no longer allow and enable suffering like she did in 2 and 4, offering mercy instead.

With her devastating fall we expect a fatal outcome, yet she's still presents herself one more time, *above Leon* to deliver the rocket launcher. The same for 4 and Damnation, Ada only toy's with Leon enough to deepen the angle with Leon to still play the objective and her own morals, which leads Leon and Ada to both uncover the true motives in the underground facility. Resident Evil 6 is as much Ada Wong's fault and fight as it is Leon's, Jake's or, Chris'. As an industrial spy Ada condoned the selling of G and Las Plagas on the black market, served under Simmons instead of exposing him, and Carla. However Carla was not just fighting her own subconscious through Ada's genetics as a clone, she was also fighting Ada's morally concerned conscience that even Ada was denying up until 6. As up until 6 Ada only remotely relied on others by manipulation, not directly like she was saving other's by 6. Similarly Carla was operating the same, fueled by motive and not moral she was blinded in her pursuit, so blinded she refused to reach out to like minds like Ada or Leon, as Ada would when she knew the objective could not be complete alive, alone. In concept for Village, Ada seems to have kept up her morals as an agent against bioterrorism as she was supposed to save Ethan from various confrontations with the 4 Lords.

No more going undecover in the FBI or BSAA as her identity as an ally has been tarnished for an act she did not commit, but now the world knows Ada Wong among terrorists like Wesker or Simmons. Only assisting Leon from the dark, off the grid, unlike normally from the shadows in order not to compromise her "death" But was the gray line ever a problem for Miss Wong? Never, she flies with it. Because now she's labeled as a terrorist to allies like the BSAA or US, this means now her facade as Ada Wong has truly ascended into the villany she intended as a spy. So now she doesn't have to prove herself to other terrorists in higher society, she, or " Ada" is bona-fide bad. Meaning she could waltz into the Connection's HQ without a trigger pulled, they'd herald her work, or Carla's. Meaning she'll do just as she's always done, spy, on the enemy and feed intelligence back to her employer, the Allies. She's essentially Batman, at night, or when in red, Ada is Ada Wong the corporate spy, but we've never seen her true self except for a Canon excerpt in Nemesis where she's completely void of red, instead donning blue. And that's exactly how she wants it. This is why Ada has never wavered, unlike Leon or Claire who are involved emotionally. Ada is able to detach her emotions or desentitize herself when she's conducting as a spy due to her training. This is exactly why we saw concept of her as the Plague Doctor, her next pseudonym. She's taking down the house.

I love it when Ada really reveals her true feeling at 1:03:03, when she sees another ugly and inhuman creature is about to come to this world. All this suffering she went though, and Leon, and all the people around the world... she just broke out with her rage, in that moment, I feel she draws a little bit closer to me, to normal ppl, like Leon, getting rid of her usual sarcastic, cool face. In that moment she's a real human. So do I like when she saves citizens on the rooftops. That tells me she has sympathy and shows care for others.
She is somewhat cold, she is ruthless and practical. But she is still human, and has a good heart, definitely my second favorite character in the franchise, just after Jill Valentine.

I like how Ada Wong walkthrough of China such as fighting the chainsaw enemy who she unknowingly throws into Jake and Sherry's direction as she escapes it, travelling on a train that is passed by a plane that is piloted by Leon, encountering Jake and Sherry as they try to escape the same creature that Ada fought earlier before final killing it as she saves Sherry, seeing a glimpse of Chris and his partner following her doppelganger before travelling to the boat that is being occupied, being spotted by Chris and his partner who don't seem to notice her red outfit which is different to the other outfit of the other Ada Wong, listening to her doppelganger talking to Simmons on the phone as he is in the process of being mutated by the enhanced C-Virus, encountering her doppelganger finally in person before battling it out, fleeing the boat as Chris and his partner does the same and then heading to Tatchi where she encounters Leon and Helena again where she provide air support for them repeatedly throughout their journey to the twin towers whilst battling Simmons who becomes more and more unstable which is partly because of the enhanced C-Virus, and then in the end; she goes her separate ways from Leon and Helena as they finally leave the area by ending Simmons for good and taking the helicopter that is left by Ada herself along with a parting gift, whilst Ada destroys Carla's lab and project before accepting a job offer and then leaving. I like how each Ada Wong part is connected to other campaigns which allows you to work out the pieces and put it together. You can even get surprised sometimes when you have to take certain routes that other characters have taken or will take at some point.

I've only played Leon and Helena campaign on Re6, watching Ada perspective is so relieving, she's misunderstood character, but I like that by her eyes she's just trying to survive and protect Leon, people around him. I hope she get her own game soon, that would be a masterpiece.

Maybe they weren't paying much attention to the previous games. According to RE3 epilogue of her, Ada Wong was a name she discarded after the Racoon City incident. In Resident Evil 4 only Leon recognizes her as Ada, Wesker never calls her by name and to everyone else she was just "The Woman in Red Dress".
It has its moments, but the gameplay is too repetitive; it’s more bearable on co-op, but still it gets old. Find keys to proceed, killing BOWs along the way, move on to next area and repeat the process.

I think the writing is just very different now isn't it? In this era, it seemed like they were still going for the over-the-top almost DMC-like kind of writing, where characters weren't particularly "human/realistic" but were very entertainingly hammy. They all match the tropes they fit under more solidly rather than the human types of RE remakes. That's just my theory tho.

I maintain that this game should have been Ada's game, at least as the central character. It kinda is already, but Capcom could have excised about 3 of the campaigns (Chris, Leon, and maybe even Jake) and it would have still been an intriguing storyline. Practically everything that happens in the plot is tied to her, even without her knowing the scope of Derek Simmons' obsession with her.

I like how Ada Wong walkthrough of China such as fighting the chainsaw enemy who she unknowingly throws into Jake and Sherry's direction as she escapes it, travelling on a train that is passed by a plane that is piloted by Leon, encountering Jake and Sherry as they try to escape the same creature that Ada fought earlier before final killing it as she saves Sherry, seeing a glimpse of Chris and his partner following her doppelganger before travelling to the boat that is being occupied, being spotted by Chris and his partner who don't seem to notice her red outfit which is different to the other outfit of the other Ada Wong, listening to her doppelganger talking to Simmons on the phone as he is in the process of being mutated by the enhanced C-Virus, encountering her doppelganger finally in person before battling it out, fleeing the boat as Chris and his partner does the same and then heading to Tatchi where she encounters Leon and Helena again where she provide air support for them repeatedly throughout their journey to the twin towers whilst battling Simmons who becomes more and more unstable which is partly because of the enhanced C-Virus, and then in the end; she goes her separate ways from Leon and Helena as they finally leave the area by ending Simmons for good and taking the helicopter that is left by Ada herself along with a parting gift, whilst Ada destroys Carla's lab and project before accepting a job offer and then leaving.
I like how each Ada Wong part is connected to other campaigns which allows you to work out the pieces and put it together. You can even get surprised sometimes when you have to take certain routes that other characters have taken or will take at some point.

Ada Wong's whole campaign in RE6 is all about revelations and I love how they made it that way and how RE6 was written. To hell with other people's opinions about the sixth game. This will always be one of the best.
The best part about ot too, was back when ot first released you had to beat all the campaigns before you unlocked hers, before they just made it unlocked from the start and added coop to her story -.-
Yeah, the other episodes you are playing from the perspective of characters that are caught up in the mess. Ada's episode explains why and how the mess happened.
This is defly the best story of re6. Ada's story is just so top notch, not saying other's story is bad juz that ada's story is unique n special. Not forgetting the whole mission. U get 2 assist all char which is super thrilling n amazing. The fact that other char's story had me thought that ada's dead but in her story, all seems 2 make sense from all the char's pov in their story respectively. So glad that ada's alive besides she's the ada wong that we know of right? great story for ada's part. As always ada's da best n i hv grown 2 love her even more. I've only played Leon and Helena campaign on Re6, watching Ada perspective is so relieving, she's misunderstood character, but I like that by her eyes she's just trying to survive and protect Leon, people around him. I hope she get her own game soon, that would be a masterpiece.

Maybe they weren't paying much attention to the previous games. According to RE3 epilogue of her, Ada Wong was a name she discarded after the Racoon City incident. In Resident Evil 4 only Leon recognizes her as Ada, Wesker never calls her by name and to everyone else she was just "The Woman in Red Dress".
When you finish the game there are files you can read that say her real name is unknown , so I don't think they changed anything .

It has its moments, but the gameplay is too repetitive; it’s more bearable on co-op, but still it gets old. Find keys to proceed, killing BOWs along the way, move on to next area and repeat the process.
They hate it cause in the beginning was a game of terror, not an action game. But in RE7 I think that they change that a little bit.

I think the writing is just very different now isn't it? In this era, it seemed like they were still going for the over-the-top almost DMC-like kind of writing, where characters weren't particularly "human/realistic" but were very entertainingly hammy. They all match the tropes they fit under more solidly rather than the human types of RE remakes.

I maintain that this game should have been Ada's game, at least as the central character. It kinda is already, but Capcom could have excised about 3 of the campaigns (Chris, Leon, and maybe even Jake) and it would have still been an intriguing storyline.
