You call that a backfire? Old cars could REALLY backfire! Go down the street about 30 MPH. Leave the car in gear and switch off the ignition. Wait a few seconds and switch the ignition back on! Cars with fuel injection or dual exhausts won’t backfire. Some cars are louder than others. Makes an M80 sound like a cap pistol. That WRX sounds like someone farting.
