i guess its because of the silencer in the exhaust
1) Убрать катализатор
2) Приварить прямо точную трубу без всего вообще, просто трубу.
3) Поставить ресивер на выхлоп.
Look up an external wastegate. I think combined with the quiet exhaust from the silencer, that may have been what you were hearing.
