    Did suzuki make 5hat motor themselves or let some1 else make it for them like tohatsu or another company?

      I use Red #2, There are several good brands out there.

      Sorry, I did not save the package and don't recall the #. I just went to my dealer and told him what I needed. Actually it is such a robust gasket/o-ring I feel it was designed to be reused.

    On my DF 25 the damn thing is under the flywheel !!!!!

      Must be an older engine. Sometimes these engineers have the head up there azz.

    Should 0f just left the thermostat off

      Lot's of technology in these new engines, Nothing like the old two stroke engines. I think it best to use the T-stat.
