Bravo Dimitra! This recipe is a cracker. I added 300g of ricotta, 250g of cream cheese and 150g feta and the rest exactly as prescribed. I used one packet of Antoniou pastry (Australian brand) and made about 15 tiropitakia with the leftover mix. Perfect 🥰 It tasted and looked amazing. Will definitely do it again. "For whenever I need it"-- EVERY DAY! There's a local market chain and the one that's only 1/2 from me sells it....$3 for one that's about 1/2 lb! (Tube rolled into a snail shell shape). I treat myself to it every few weeks. And I buy 2. And usually eat a whole one 😋

Yes, fresh is best but I always have dried dill in my pantry so I end up using that. Dried dill still has lots of flavor :)

Hi dimitri. Can I freeze spanikopita filling and use at a later date?
It's best to use it right away but it can be frozen. Keep in mind that it'll end up releasing lost of moisture when thawed.
