Just want to thank you for your guiding through this video. It’s been years since I’ve crocheted. You’re the only one that has told how to slow the video down. Maybe I’m the only one that doesn’t know this. Thanks again for your help. I’m a fan now!❤️ 27:14
Thank you for your time and consideration in this video. I'm making baby blankets to give to a hospital here in Perth Amboy, NJ. This tutorial is so informative and I will be using it for lots more baby blankets. God Bless you and your family!!
I made this blanket, I love how it turned out. I’m going to give it to a dear friend for Christmas. I’m so proud of my work, I know she’s going to love it
I am a 70 old crocheter and I have been doing crochet with other yarn crafts since I was 15. I would like to complement you on your excellent video on the cheveron. I have a 11 year old great granddaughter who is trying to learn crochet and loom knitting and I will show her your videos as I think she could learn a lot from you.
That is so very kind of you Karen! I so love teaching children and feel blessed that you would share these with your granddaughter. Wishing you all the best!
I’m 70 as well and have been teaching my 11 yr old granddaughter how to crochet we are trying to master a granny square at the moment and since this is the same premise I will show this to her when she feels confident
I've crocheted for 56 years and have made lots of Chevron ripple blankets but this is the first time I made one using the granny stitch ripple. I love it. Thank you for the tutorial. Your video explanation was spot on. Easy to follow along.
I finished this project couple of months back and gifted to a coworker’s baby boy. They loved it! Thank you so much. This was my first crochet project. Since then I have made 2 more baby blankets and currently following your primrose pattern with ombré yarn. Thank you for your videos. They are perfect!!
@ seema mhaske I want to learn too.. watching her demonstrate so simply.🧣 I’ve been intimidated by crochet- or sewing all my life..🙄 I feel ready to take on this new hobby !!! 💫💫❤️🌹
I have tried ripple blanket after ripple blanket, and this is the first one I've actually got right. Not sure if it's how you explain it or the pattern but I'm finally able to do one. Thank you so much.
OMG, you are the best ever. I do a little crocheting, however now I feel like a pro. It's so easy to follow you. I am no spring chicken, but I learned this really fast. Going to be a great grandmother some. Can't wait to wrap the little honey in this. Thank you so much. LOL🤗😄😊

I ve seen this blanket from you but never took time to watch the video This was super easy after the 2nd row. I did this blanket in 2 dsys. I also like the way you explain and your work.👍🏾
I appreciate you're time in teaching us on how to do a pattern. this is the first time for me to learn something new you make a very good teacher. a + for you. thank you. I can now make this beach blanket I had wanted too try out, but the corner to start the bottom seems to confuse me a bit but I will learn in time.
I just finished this pattern for a baby blanket. I made it a little bigger since my grandson is 14 months. It was so easy to follow your instructions. Can’t wait to try something else from you!
Bonnie you are totally amazing! Thank you so very much for the patterns and the videos. I can see how much you love creating beautiful items and teaching others God Bless.
Was so glad to come across this, love the granny square ripple, and it's easy to work up. Thank you for a great tutorial. Working on this for my first grandbaby!
Pam Pendergrass so glad my guessing worked! Also, cut yourself some grace for the learning curve. The brain and muscles are learning a lot at once. I wish I could find my first project to show everyone all the mistakes I made!
Very clear : great for beginners: I Crochet a lot and it was very very helpful pace ax I’ve never done a chevron: Thank you for the illustration which repeats and repeats which is what I need
Bonnie Bonnie. Bonnie! What a beautiful baby blanket. I am making mine using Bernet Sport #3 Baby yarn. The color I am using is popsicle blue. It has blue, very light brown and white. It looks like clouds the way it is working out. I am so so pleased. Thank you Bonnie for this pattern. I am making it for a 2 great nephew who will be here early summer I think.
Thank you for such precise directions, have seen quite a few of different ways to do this pattern and yours is the only one that looks right and not all scraggly on the ends, end one side this way end the other side differently didn't like. Thank you again for great instructions. As always love, laughter and happy crafting.
Have you any idea what immense joy you bring to beginners!!? I’m going to be able to do this!! My baby nephew came a month and a half early, and this baby blanket doesn’t scare me into not trying! I’m making this, it’s going to be beautiful and it will be all because of you. This tutorial is top notch. Thank you thank you!!!!
That really blesses me today! Thanks for taking the time to let me know. The only reason I can do this is that I'm standing on the shoulders of the two gracious women who took the time to teach a then 7 year old girl how to do this many years ago. Congratulations on your new nephew! What a blessing from God!
BonnieBayCrochet Ya know, my dear Mother crochet and made beautiful master pieces 💗. I learned how to chain and didn’t get too far from there, sadly. My little girl asked me to leave her beautiful crochet pieces just like my Mom left me. That’s where you tube and you are coming into my life. Bless those two beautiful women for teaching you, you’re teaching me now what my Momma can’t now. I purchased your pattern, can’t wait to print it and give it my best shot. It was at such a reasonable price for me, thank you for that too. Just need to confirm I have the proper hook and then I’ll be good to go. 🎉 My baby nephew comes home soon, Thank you Lord, he is so beautiful too. I’m beyond excited and his Mommy is doing better and better every day. God is soo good All the time. Big hug to you from me in Ca. It’s pouring here right now, what a winter we’re having!! I purchased rain boots for the first time in my life. 😂
I feel like we are already friends! Yes, God is so good, and all the time! Thanks for supporting my on-line store. You are helping to fund the Barker College Fund in a real way. I've never been to CA, but hope to tag along with my husband on his business trip later this summer. Blessings from the other coast!
@@BonnieBayCrochet You absolutely must tag along!! Where abouts in California is his trip taking place?? Oh my goodness how about crocheting at a local cafe or library Oh my wow!!! Barker College Fund, not much, but happy its going here for sure!
Hi Bonnie, I did make those blankets for the hospital where I used to live. Now I am using this stitch to crochet a huge blanket for a friend of mine. He wants it made with Red Heart "Favorite" stripe yarn to become a king size blanket. I'll let you know how it comes out when I get it done. Happy New Year!!
Hi just watched your video and I am on my way to my stash to see what I will create. your tutorial was so easy to follow and a lovely calm voice made it even nicer. Thanks for the creation looking forward to more. Bye for now.
When I'm counting out a large number of chains I use a child's abacus and flick a bead across after every 10 chains. Actually I use it a lot 😎 I love your yarn choice. Thanks for the video.

Thank you for this pattern! I love it and it’s so easy!! Oh, I also wanted to thank you for the tip you gave about counting the chains as you make them. That’s very helpful! My husband, bless his heart…he always comes in right in the middle while I’m counting chains as I’m making them and instead of looking at me, he just starts in with his questions or whatever he wanted to tell me. Then when he looks up at me and sees what I was doing, then he apologizes and by then, even if I was thinking about that number I had already forgotten! But by just counting by 5’s that makes it lots easier!! I’ve tried doing it by 10’s but that never worked, it’s hard for me to make that many chains without moving my fingers up to hold on to the chain! So thank you again for the tip!! I’ll definitely be using that!! I even started using that today when I was making 165 chains to make this blanket!! Thanks so much for everything, NORMA COLLINS FROM TEXAS

Thanks for the tutorial. 😀 I struggled for a hot second, but I really like this pattern. This is my first time doing your tutorial. Again, thanks.
Thanks so much for everything,
