I love how fluffy the blanket looks.. That’s what is nice about crocheted blankets... Thry tend to be squishy.. More so than most knitted baby blankets... Bonnie.. You are among the very best crochet instructors... You are relaxed, and you choose designs that are so appealing...and easy to follow. You...and other successful teachers know the secret... The yarn, and colors can make the simplest design sing... I love. The beautiful self striping, or lovely ombres that are out now. I was away from crochet/knitting for at least fifteen years (caught the quilting bug), so when I returned, I was surprised at how yarns had changed. The choices were amazing... I gave up quilting, due to vision issues, and never looked back. Yarn makes me happy...
(multiples of 4; start in the 5th ch from hook) this is very easy to follow instructions thank you Bonnie Barker for this tutorial ... always appreciate all your time and effort into this video to help the rest of us who enjoy the craft
Bonnie I love your tutorials. You explain everything so beautifully and you have a very unique way of simplifying your instructions and you make it so easy to learn the stitches. I fell in love with your beginner tulip stitch baby blanket. I am planning on making a baby blanket in this pattern in the very near future. Please keep your tutorials coming as I love tuning into them, as I learn something new each and every time that I do. Just love you Bonnie. Thank you for every tutorial you bring to me. I so appreciate them and you.
I really, really, like this beautiful blanket. The texture is wonderful, snd the shell border is lovely. I love crocheting sweet baby blankets for charities...and this one is definitely going into my collection. I prefer the simpler patterns, because I thunk they show off the yarn, and colors... and they are easier on my eyes (I have glaucoma)... I love that this darling blanket is reversible, too. Thanks!
I started this pattern and im on row 4, i just love how easy and pretty it is! Thank you for sharing! I can't read patterns so i enjoy your free tutorials!
Thanks Peggy! I know I'm not as high energy as many on UA-cam. Perhaps comes from raising 5 children in a busy home! The things I enjoy needed to be relaxing. : )
