    Please don't misguide people about protein supplements. Doctors too advise that without consulting them not to consume any supplement on your own.
    Besides it's very expensive on pocket. Instead eat protein rich food like paneer, tofu...fish...eggs.. chicken.. mutton...dal...pulses... sprouts.
