oooh I like that double paddle feature! I don't have a fancy bread maker like that, mine is a single paddle version, still works well, but I do have to watch and sometimes use a spatula to help make sure all gets mixed in at the beginning of the cycle. And I love that slicing guide you used at the end, gonna have to get one of those!

Sometimes we bake bread in a normal frying pan when we are on the road in the campervan. It is on the level of the Romans or the middle ages, but it works o.k. and taste very good. Thanks for sharing.
