    What?!? Did I just witness Todd using a torque wrench? What is this world coming to?

      I use them on clutches you can use them on can't on old xp or other polaris. Just this one, turbos and new rangers

      @@Hunterworks Exactly, I get it...its not a bravado type thing its a best approach for the specific situation. I do have a question though about the actual torque, what is it about the new setup that has you moving back to the OEM recommended 96 pounds over your personal recommended 60 pounds for the older stuff? My guess is the design is improved to handle that and will not crack? Appreciate the specialized clutching knowledge you bring to the community, so much noise out here. I also want to say thanks, just bought my second belt from you, got 7,000KM's on your first belt. It was not showing issues... I only changed cause I figured I should.

      @@TheStealthbob I’m not following you. I’m not changing my opinion on torque. 60 is plenty for any of these non turbo vehicles

      @@Hunterworks @ 4:21 you say 96 Pounds...sorry did I miss that this machine in this vid was a Turbo?

    Hi. I have a 2023 Polaris rzr 1000xp which I bought a Duraclutch kit. I also have on order a 2024 Rzr 1000 coming. We all know that the 2024 model is a complete revamped model. Can I ask if the clutch system is the same as the previous model regarding slippage ? Thanks.

      @Hunterworks  7 місяців тому

      Assuming you mean does the 24 slip like the previous model The answer is it slips as much as any polaris with a cvt by design, probably less since it has the larger 2016 turbo belt and our version is thicker than the one that comes on it, so even less.

      @@Hunterworks thanks for your reply. If I find a good clutch kit, I will still upgrade the 2024 rzr model. Thanks!

    How can people say their belts are the best when nobody has more time and money into R&D than OEM

    • @Hunterworks
      @Hunterworks  Місяць тому

      Not sure about people, but we know and our belts are made by one of the companies that make some OEM belts. But on this model, it is easy, this model uses the 16 turbo belt and we use the 17 and newer dimensioned turbo belt and it is way better than the OEM on this model
