He's talking about when people feel sorry for him that he has no arms. In response he says we're all the same...we all have things are different about us. Yeah, I might have no arms, but I don't really care. So neither should you.
@Uschibaerchen Somehow this song allways makes me cry. Like he isn't understood allot sometimes and people are ashamed to be seen near him. And only see the handicap and forget the person behind it. Because just like he sings : we are more the same then you may think. He can't be more right !
