Today we have a build for Firestorm from DC Comics in Dungeons & Dragons! Gonna be honest, turning up the nuclear fusion in D&D 5e makes for one of the most overpowered D&D builds we've ever seen.

His powers in theory are incredibly OP, but in almost all media the only things he does are flying and throwing energy
Injustice 2 only gave the scene of making gold kryptonite to take out superman in the batman ending.
Check out Justice League Action. They actually do him justice by using his powers in creative ways.

Mad build means “multiple ability dependent” while Sad build means “single ability dependent.” Though I guess it could be swapped to “mono ability” and “several ability” so ya can’t please everyone.

I had a homebrew Firestorm Matrix in D&D several years ago. The resulting character would fuse the physical stats and appearance of one character, with the non physical stats and knowledge of a second character, plus limited Fire and transmutation powers

it's impressive you managed to make him this broken without having to use the point buy like for other super broken characters.
I personally would have went Quandrix from Strixhaven. Frighteningly broken and uses the math aspect. Awesome build though!! You should make Asura from Asura's Wrath, world's strongest dad

Not gonna lie, “Imagine Jackson” made me bust out laughing. Usually your title cards are really good but this one definitely had more firepower

This is a fantastic build, I especially love how well Reborn represents the dual-mind aspect.
Every Cats reference makes me more powerful. Soon I will be able to make you all CGI anthropomorphic cats
I honestly thought you would go for transmutation, but this works better

Now I want to play an evocation wizard based on this
I love to see how you would handle atsushi nakajima from bungou stray dogs. With his whole weretiger thing and being able to change certain parts of his body to have that added strength. Mostly in the thumbs and sometimes the teeth
Various notes:
1) Reborn and Shapechange-into-Planetar are both really neat choices, conceptually speaking. Well done.
2) It was funny how the script kept calling out Ronnie as Firestorm (not without reason, he is the default version of the character in most media, after all), while the focus on Arrowverse clips for footage meant he was solidly the third-most-common Firestorm character on-screen.
3) I really enjoyed the Pokemon joke - it was low-key, but clever. That was actually what got me to like the video.
I only found out a couple months ago that the "Radioactive" chorus isn't him saying "ready to rock you" like I always heard it as.
Wait, he said to keep multiclassing minimums in mind, but did a 20 level wizard. Y'all think it was force of habit?
(Also loved the Reborn use there, reflavoring an already really cool race)
This is a VERY clever reskin of the Reborn. Kalashtar would have been my pick but I think I like this better!
I can’t believe you got through this whole wizard build without giving firestorm the firestorm spell!
I'm pretty sure that the bit in overchannel about ignoring resistance and immunity is literally just so you can't combine it with shape change and become a god of destruction but even then it's not enough to stop that combo from being insane lol

I was totally expecting Transmutation, but this works way better for him as seen on tv.
First instinct was transmutation but when I saw evocation I knew there was going to be some kind of special ability interaction.

The immense power of a reactor Capable to create anything you need is a power worth being next to caligraphy... And its reduced to tossing fireballs? I mean, is true raw power, but feels somehow that it's overvalued... Why I'm feeling so much heat here?
The capacity of creation is something Tulok holds with might to make this builds, one day he will come in my rescue with a Tangle the lemur build so good no even Firestorm can create with his fusion powers.

Not really familiar with the character but this is a sweet build.
But Monk actually is a good class. It just gets overshadowed because none of the subclasses are busted and the capstone isn't good.
monk is an amazing class.
Mm, minor points overall, but Absorb Elements can only add its damage to melee attacks. And Fire Shield doesn't give damage immunity.
Can you build a platypus, it should be easy, they don't do much. Wait? PERRY THE PLATYPUS!!!

Fun fact: nuclear power is actually the cleanest, not to mention most effective source of power, due to the miniscule amount of waste it produces.
That kind of depends on what you call "clean" and "waste". But yes, it's energy density is really high and it is a carbon-free energy source, which is nice. Small disclaimer though, nuclear power has its own share of problems like any other energy source.
@@arend681 yeah but every huge issue we've had with it has been due to human error. but that means humans can fuck a lot of shit up if they fuck up, which humans are prone to do.
Additionally, that waste can be put into another reactor to be burned off and turned into even safer, smaller amounts of waste.

Monk is a good class.
I think I'd have taken Sickening Radiance at some point because ... y'know ... radiation damage. Besides, if there's someone around to cast Wall of Force or Forcecage on top of it, that spell will kill literally anything ... 😈
Sorcerer maybe divine soul? As want stuff like Sunbeam for radiant & of course fire. & Fly. Custom Lineage since your 2 or more people smashed together.

Quick question: Why do you never give casters Glyph of Warding? Provided the right components, you can implant a spell rune that when triggered, activates the infused spell without using concentration, letting someone have something like Tenser's Transformation and Haste. Pretty important for supers
Glyph of Warding takes an hour to cast, and can't move more than 10 feet without activating.
Supers have to leave their bed room. Pretty important.

Cause I honestly can't tell if that was an honest mistake or an intentional double chemistry pun.
For those not in the know, when sodium chlorate burns, it produces more oxygen than it consumes; this makes it *very* dangerous, but also very useful as an emergency way to keep air breathable in submarines and airplanes. The byproduct of this is of course sodium chloride salt.
Would Tasha otherworldly guise make it so your not effected by necrotic? Would that work on overchannel?

Me being the chemistry nerd that I am makes me slightly bothered by the fact that he got the chemical formula for salt wrong. Kina. Table salt is actually sodium chloride, (NaCl), while sodium chlorate is different (NaClO3). Though, both compounds are salts. They are formed via ionic bonding and have similar properties. Both chlorine and the chlorate polyatomic ion have a -1 charge to combine with sodium's +1 charge when ionized. A little bit of free chemistry trivia for you.

Blood Hunter is not in Tuloks list of available classes due to it not being official
But aside from Fire Damage on your blade and the monster hunter flavor it seems lackluster
A ranger can do both, and Kensei Monk grants some better sword talent, sadly you can’t really get the best ability of Diamond Soul and get Elemental Weapon

I know you’ve made pokemon before and you have made a generic pokemon trainer, but would you consider making specific pokemon trainers from the games

That said the most likely characters are the Team Rocket trio. Two human bard/rogues and a tabaxi artificer/rogue/bard? And they all spec into constitution to be completely indestructible.
I'm pretty sure there are only two people in the firestorm matrix at a time, Tulok.
Good people of the Tulok comments section, if you haven't seen Legends of Tomorrow, which Firestorm is in, please fix that as soon as possible. Skip the garbage first season (watch a recap if you must), and start from season 2. That's where the writers decide the show about time-travelling superheroes should be SILLY and FUNNY and FUN and thus proceed to make the silliest, funniest, most fun show I've ever seen. I love it with all my heart
I dropped it a while ago and was wondering if it was worth it picking back up. It was right when they retconned a character out of existance (it's been a while to remember her name, but it was the muslim hacker with wind powers and they turned her into her brother).
I felt so angry at that decision that I stopped watching. It was at the same time I stopped watching the other series as well, after Crisis on Infinite Earths I didn't watch a single of those shows again

Forge Cleric for sure. The Omnissiah would probably be LN so most of the cult mechanicum are as well.

Edit 2: Fire shields cold shield gives you resistance to fire damage and the warm shield gives resistance to cold damage, no immunities
Last edit (I hope): Wall of fire lets you choose the warm side of it only at the casting of the spell

could you do Milim Nava from "this time i got reincarnated as a slime"? its more like a challenge, and i really want to see how are you going to make her beam of destruction, basically (dragon nova) as the only fitting spell i saw was lightning bolt, and if im correct it is 3rd level spell, like fireball, but lightning beam.
Hey man, i would love a build on Misaka Mikoto (Toaru kagaku no railgun). ever since i discovered that Jim's magic missiles uses a coin as material i assosiated the spell with her.
If you want a headstart, i made her a champion fighter lv5, monk Lv1 and Evocation wizard Lv14 (that's how you make Jim's magic missiles into a devastating weapon. especially at close range with hold person/monster, or if you have advantage on your spell attacks somehow,). let me know what you think
how is monk bad? they are very versatile and can quite easily control the battle field, ranger is bad, fighter and rouge hell even monks cand use bows better.
