Pls shre diet plan frnd
Breakfast options - 1 boiled egg sandwich/3 idlis/2 dosas/2 pesarrattu/2 ragi dosa/200gms poha/200gms veg upma All the above with little chutney.
Avoid deep fried breakfasts like vada, poori, bonda etc.
Mid morning - 1 fruit/nuts of your choice.
Lunch - 200gms cooked rice with 100gms curry, 100gms dal, 1 cup curd, salad(carrot, cucumber,tomato etc). Include protein in curries like chicken/eggs/fish/paneer/soya chunks.
Eveng snack - 1 boiled egg with green tea/ 1 cup roasted makhana with green tea.
Dinner - 1 paneer wrap with veggies / 2 roties with curry and salad.
Have 3 litres of water every. Avoid sweets, burgers, pizzas, cool drinks, noodles or any junk.
30mins walk atleast 4-5 days a week.
Cardio and high intense workouts 40-50 mins (4-5 days a week) .
Tips: Start your workouts slowly. Don't hurry.
Include protien every day in your meals and less carbs in your meals. Including protien in your diet helps to improve metabolism and this will help in fast weighloss.
Be consistent.

Diet in 1 month, and automatically i started controlled my diet in this time my weight is 74
And i will tell when you eat 100/40 of your meal your weight is down automatically.

You can take water but not green tea or another liquid items except water
Green tea is gud but if u consume it in empty stomach it may cause nausea or stomach upset
You can take green tea without sugar

Intermittent fasting gave me extreme serious health issues. Please make sure it fits your body before u try. I had to go through endoscopy and CT and MRI and eat tablets like chocolates to recover.
