I always focus on waist measurment not weight reason once you start working out fat changes into muscles so for some people it will be same weight but we can see diff in thigs hig waist that is the right way of loosing weight. Yes no one to go on diet each all but portion control & daily work out both is a MUST.

Hello Kavi, thank you for the information. Its a good transformation. Please go ahead. I too have thyroid, and i know, how much struggle and pain it is to reduce weight having hormonal issue. Could you please tell me, how are you managing with breathing ? Due to thyroid, i couldnt even reduce much n breathing issue, even after doing heavy strength training.

I spent a lot of money every month on gym and personal training, at the end when I didn't reduce, they put the blame on thyroid and keep asking me to continue with PT by paying them. Currently I stopped gym, doing workout at home and controlling on food. But still, it's not promising results. 🥺
