I just watched a bunch of your videos and figured I would comment on one of your recent ones. I am an MS1 and don’t really know where to start for derm. I figured I should start finding a mentor but don’t have a derm program at my school. Should I just start emailing nearby schools randomly? What should I say? Help haha
Yep that’s exactly it! You can look at schools near to your program, email a faculty you’re interested in working with , let them know your situation and why you’d like to shadow them/ do research. Additionally you can even look at private derm clinics near your school and contact them as well . Hope that helps & thanks for tuning into my vids 😊
