That's because Heard's lawyers didn't really have anything to go on so they resorted to deflection tactics. Evenso, if they were Johnny's lawyers, I still don't think they would've been as good as these 2.

For people who actually read the summery judgement from the UK, the Judge in that case literally said AH did not have to bring or even prove her evidence as she was a 3rd party which is what Camille means by disclosure obligations. The fact is the US trial had more evidence and when AH's "evidence" was finally put to the test it was proven to be false by a jury of her peers minus one stupid text from a lawyer. What Elaine said was categorically false and just shows that they are trying to do damage control by throwing blame around just like AH tried to do in the trial and well we aint buying it.

Exactly! There is a British Barrister called The Blackbelt Barrister who has posted a number of videos explaining in detail what happened in the UK trial, which not only completely disproves anything stupid Elaine said, but also shows how the trial proceeding and judgment was quite unfair and biased on the part of Judge Nichol.

Seriously, Ben is incredible. He’s such a good mentor and senior. He let his juniors shine, throughout the trial. Not to mention, Camille, deserves her promotion, she earned it! I really hope Amber Turd, will finally learn from her past mistakes, and move past this instead of holding on to this weird jealousy and anger she seems to have towards Johnny because he is more successful than her. The tables have turned, and she needs to learn to stop projecting her negativity to everyone. This is a step forward for both men and women. Not all women are victims, and not all men are abusers.

As someone who was a victim of DV, I could see right through her lies. Someone who is abused doesn't chase and taunt their abuser, they run and hide to get away from the abuse. I didn't have any reason in the beginning to believe she wasn't telling the truth. We all heard the recordings and it made perfectly clear who was the abuser in this case. In fact Johnny was the one who tried to get away while she kept coming after him and calling him names. He did what the victim does not an abuser.

It's a step forward for victims. This trial has helped REAL victims come forward and speak up. It is not just males vs females. Also, Amber Heard is NOT a representative of us women. Amber Heard was caught in multiple lies and Elaine allowed manipulated photos to be entered into evidence. I hope the American Bar Association takes a serious look at Elaine’s conduct or, more accurately, misconduct during the trial. I thought she would walk away after the verdict, but she seems to be doubling down. I've dealt with a couple of Ambers myself. The law is always in full support of their lies. The only reason JD won is because of the overwhelming evidence and because it was televised and shared on social media.
I was put in jail over lies. I was living with an Amber back in 2015. I knew she was cheating so I was waiting for her to come home from work. All my stuff was packed in the living room.
She walked in and said "what is this?" I said "I'm leaving." She started throwing my own cologne bottles at me. She threw a slipper with a hard heel at me and busted my lip,as I was just taking my things out to the car.
She ripped my shirt and threw my computer out the door. As I was grabbing the last of my things and walking out,2 sheriffs pulled up "PUT THE BAGS ON THE GROUND NOW!!"
They sat me in the back of the patrol car. I saw a female officer take pictures of the snake's thigh. I was like "why are they taking pictures of her?" Then,a male officer walks over to me and says "so,you like to hit women?"
I just put my head down, because I knew there was nothing I could do or say. It's amazing to me how women lie and people just believe them. I had to surrender my firearm and I can never own one again...over a lie.
The stupid snake messaged me over Instagram and wanted to get back with me. I told her "did you forget what you did?" And she said "that was a long time ago."
I will never understand these animals or why society supports them. "Believe all women" right?

Many cause they left them. Maybe saw through them? But how the system works sickened myself & my mother even (who gave me a good part of this brain) So, we are not ALL like those others. The twists are in there, so we can see through the others! We started an organization to help men gain custody of their children during a time when they rarely were able to get any rights. Glad that has been spreading. Glad Chris Hardwick & Johnny Depp got their names back! Hope others can get retribution & liars need to be punished harder. Mandatory Prison time is needed. Make some think harder before trying to ruin innocent people!

She's ruined her own career cause of this too. She didn't want to settle their problems in private and now people believe Johnny and stand by him she has a problem with it. She and her team think if more evidence was allowed in, it would have been more in her favour but I've seen myself evidence out there for his side that if allowed to be seen/heard in court it would have been more damning for her. Just two examples, the recording of Dr Kemp and nurse immediately after Johnny's finger got cut off and messages between Amber and her friends boyfriend where he offers to bring a knife he has to Amber's at a dinner that was supposed to happen at Johnny's. Look up on The umbrella Guy, I think is where I saw this one. He says it shows they could have planned to hurt him. He really got involved and friendly with some sick people and funny, none are friendly with AH anymore. All a buch of users, free loaders. She could have just divorced and left him, even annulled the marriage if he was such a danger to her but seems she wanted something before she left which does not make me think her life was in danger. I do think his was. She needs to go away now.

The reason why there was so much support for Johnny Depp was because we watched the trial. We listened to the audio tapes in full on UA-cam. We followed lawyers, internet journalists, and commentators that have been deep diving into the relationship between Johnny and Amber since their divorce.. We found sources that were able to create timelines and compile all of the available evidence (audio tapes, documents, testimonies, depositions) and lay it out for us in full. Through doing all of that, there is only one simple conclusion. Johnny was innocent and Amber was the aggressor. Everyone knew full well that the op-ed in the Washington Post was about Johnny. Who else was Amber married to when she stated "Two years ago" in said article??? Seriously, anyone with half a brain that watched the trial and listened to all of the testimonies knows the truth. Any other conclusion is ridiculous and the amount of mental gymnastics you'd have to do to believe Amber's claims would surely win you a gold medal in the Olympics. It'd be insane. Much like the idea that Johnny could do even half of what Amber claimed.
Also, Ben and Camille were amazing in court and you could feel the bond they both created with Johnny through this trial. They were warriors for the truth, plain and simple.
Huge congratulations to Camille for making partner. It was completely and rightfully deserved. What an icon and role model she is!

I liked that Depp's lawyers here were just speaking to the facts, whereas Heard's lawyer seemed like she was tripping over herself to come up with any excuse to discredit the court outcome. I'm not a legal expert by any means, but having watched tens of hours of the case, quite frankly Heard barely had a case. What substantial evidence did they have? A photo of some spilled wine that she attributed under oath to belonging to two different incidents on different days? That she apparently had to use a makeup to cover up her injuries that didn't exist at the time? She was caught lying multiple times in the case and then would just try and pathologically lie her way out of it. It was embarrassing, and I do think there has been some negative repercussions for real victims of domestic violence because of what Heard has attempted to do here, and that is extremely disappointing.

She was setting the stage for an appeal.
Contrary to popular belief, you don't appeal a verdict; you appeal a misapplication of the law. That's why she's bringing up things like the evidence the judge chose to admit or withhold, or her decision not to sequester the jury.
I don't think it's going to go anywhere, for many of the reasons you listed, in addition to the fact that the issues she raised just really aren't that serious and it would be really hard to set aside an unanimous jury verdict on those grounds. But it's her only avenue forward, so it's no surprise to see Heard's lawyer advocating them. At the moment, discrediting the outcome is her job.

What is shocking is how many journalists can't believe a JURY can be honest, by not discussing the case, or reading anything about it in the newspapers or social media, therefore NOT being persuaded by them. The Jury followed the evidence and came to their own conclusion. It's as simple as that.

Women don't blindly support only women. Abusers can be men or women. Both Ben and Camille are inspirational to those who seek and appreciate justice. Thank you for pushing back against the lies and twisted words being published by certain unsavoury parties and reminding everyone to look at the facts.

Camille and Ben have done a tremendous amount to restore our faith in the legal system, and lawyers in particular. Also,
there's no lying to a smart and perceptive jury, hats off to them for fulfilling their American jury duty!

And the jury too! I feel like this was an enormous uphill battle for the prosecution and there was just too much evidence (in Depp’s favor) for any jury to overlook.
History has seen some god awful juries but I personally believe this one got it right.

@The Amber Heard Playlist!! people should take notice. Mutiple accounts are posting the same content word for word. The "played at trial that I transcribed" bit is consistent in their comments.
FUNNY how on a video where The Today Show works overtime to say JD has bots, that there are quite clear and obvious bots in chat for the AH team.
