My claim was just denied by United Healthcare. I had internal bleeding, blood coming out of both ends and almost died. Hemoglobin was a 6. I ended getting 3 bags of blood. They denied my claim saying I went to the hospital for “belly pain”. I never said anything about belly pain. It was being in and out of consciousness and vomiting and pooping blood. They said I didn’t need to be admitted to the hospital. In reality the doctor told me if I didn’t come in that night I would have died for sure…….. Who can help me? Because I know if I appeal they will deny, defend and depose.

From what I gathered, the reason he got the charge is due to the publics celebration and reaction of him. They say they fear copy cats and think his actions can cause an uprise.

CEO's don't deny healthcare nor do they create the policies that deny healthcare. That's called an "actuary". UHC are not some crazy profit scheming insurance company. If you look at their income, they make less than half or so of the profit that any other company in the S&P 500 does. They have a profit margin of 6.2%. SIX POINT TWO PERCENT. That means, if they took ALL 6.2% of their profit margin and put it towards more healthcare, they would only be able to afford to provide 9.3% more healthcare costs than they already do. Stop with the total misconception about healthcare insurance companies and educate yourself. The problem is with hospital fees and administrative bullshit that insurance companies are being asked to cover. They're just as fucked over as their subscribers are.

Let me tell you a little about injustice.
UHC healthcare has a profit margin of 6.2 percent. That's only about half of any other company in the S&P 500. If they spent all their profit on providing more healthcare, they would only provide 9.3% more healthcare than they currently do.
Millions of Americans are on UHC plans and like their plan. Millions of Americans aren't dying on their deathbeds being denied coverage when they need medical care.
UHC isn't denying people only if ever because they just want more profit. If that were the case, they'd have FAR MORE profit margin than fucking 6.2 percent profit.
Luigi Mangione isn't a hero. The UHC CEO isn't in charge of denying claims nor does he even make the policy for those procedures. Denial of claims is done by an "actuary". Healthcare insurance companies also don't choose the prices of healthcare costs, that is the fault of "big pharma" and US patent laws and the hospitals and doctors who charge exploitative fees.
So effectively, Mangione killed a man in cold blood in a premeditated murder intended to inflict fear in other healthcare insurance CEOs (this is by definition terrorism) and ended up killing a man who is not at fault for denial of claims. So Mangione not only chose the wrong human, but the wrong company, and the wrong industry.
Mangione was worried about people becoming "NPCs" like he claims he witnessed in Japan on a trip in the last couple years. He was worried about people losing their agency and living their life on autopilot. He often said that he himself felt like his life was on autopilot and that he would sit on social media doomscrolling for hours. He decided, just like his fellow incels, to take out his frustration on the world and chose a target to stalk and murder in cold blood. He scapegoated a man he never met, never knew about, and in an industry that he himself admitted in his "minifesto" that he didn't understand and was not an expert in.
Luigi Mangione committed an act of terrorism. Committed a cold blooded, malicious premeditated murder. Escaped across statelines armed with a firearm after committed said felonies, and intended to kill more people.
If this man is your hero, then you do not have any heroism left. You do not have a moral conscience. You do not have a civic soul.
