The roof turned out so great! I'm so dang impressed. We got a Little Giant Ladder at Costco and it's been awesome for us. Nice and sturdy. Also, Tom Silva from This Old House would have been very happy about you using a template. Nice!

I don’t know building codes in the area where you are working. This is a tip for your future when you put up drywall. On the ceilings do not have 4 corners of sheetrock meet. Stagger your layout. In some areas, that is part of the code to pass inspection. However, regardless of codes, it's a good idea so that shifting doesn't crack your ceiling. Applause for taking it on.

Then my next thought is, it's awesome, and fortunate, that you two have the confidence that you won't get hurt out in, what seems a bit like, the middle of nowhere in case one of you falls or gets hurt. It occured to me, thinking about falling off of one of the ladders, right before the part where Allison says, "tell them what happened..." Hope your ankle is fine again, Eric. Then a bit later talking about being up on the narrow wood, falling to possible death. Be careful guys. 💕 Loving the adventure, as always! Great job! Looking forward to seeing you in the next one.
