Beautiful kitchen! Don’t love the floor, just not my taste and almost looks like wallpaper as opposed to tile. But the wall tiles?!!! Those are absolutely stunning!!!
I was also thinking that. The pattern/color scheme of the floor just doesn’t work with the rest of the room for me. Everything else is stunning though!
I think the problem is that the base looks like clinic white. And the appliances and everything is so creamy. She opted for a warm grout and then chose that super white flooring.
@@merychan13 and it is fake - everything else is a solid, pretty natural material so the flatness of the print is emphasised and it looks even less authentic than it might against white drywall and melamine. Everything else is a win though.
I'm not the only one then. The floor is on brand, but the tiles were visually of solid quality and style, so my policy is to never get rid of the good in a space. This covering looks cheap and unrefined compared to what it replaced. It can't compete with those gorgeous walls.
I also agree with some of the comments, i do not love the floor and tile combo. Even with the brown in the pantry, i don't think it goes. Everything else is pretty amazing, as always!
Great make-over. Love the pink tile. So sophisticated. Everything looks great, only peel and stick? tile, it doesn't match at all imho Totally different tile and it brings it down.. I preferred the original tile that was there.
The most Brazilian of Canadian office spaces. As someone who was raised in Brazil, this is almost exactly a high end Brazilian kitchen, down to the tiles, the colors, the small cloth, the flowers on the flooring. 10/10.
I'm trying to figure out how you make the choices you do. The change between "before and after" is stunning. The before is so blah, utilitarian and depressing. The after is so warm and inviting and immersive into this incredible space. I still don't know how you do it, but I'm so impressed with your genius.
My Smeg refrigerator is not changeable. Salesman made sure that I understood that before I picked out one. Luckily, I found the color with the correct door swing.
Love how you put so much character in such a small kitchen. I saw a comment where someone didn’t like the floor. I think it’s all a matter of personal preference. I aways love the kitchens you do.
Once again my worries were laid to rest. I wasn't sure about the floor, but now that it's complete, it works. Reminds me of the linoleum floors of my youth. It adds a real kitchen feel. The tile choice is beautiful. I always love warm colors. It's perfect.
You did me such a favour with your tile shop debate and your decision to go with the varied tones tile. I have been debating how to tile my kitchen for at least a year and could not decide between the tone variations - going with the light green version - or a single tone. Your wonderful kitchen gave me the opporntunity to 'test drive' the look and my mind is now made up. Thank you!
Agree exactly--the tiles were cool, but the terra cotta paint seems to "fight" with the pink tiles for dominance and the floor covering doesn't seem to gel with either the tiles or the paint.
Absolutely loved it! And my boyfriend, who doesn't like pink at all, said he actually liked this and he wouldn't mind having a pink kitchen if it's this one. I think watching the Team AG videos with me is making him hate pink less 😂
The kitchen is stunning, I love it. Also I gotta shout out your editor. Yall had me laughing so hard, and in the end truly impressed with how great your space looks. Well done team AG
What a transformation! It will a joy to use it. The colors except those on the floor work so well together. Everything but the floor is very upscale. All the rooms are so beautiful. I’m not surprised though because you and Graham always make the most beautiful spaces!
The pink wall tiles are amazing - SO pretty and luxurious - but the floor surface just doesn’t jive with walls, in colour or vibe. As always, James’ editing makes me giggle. 🤭
I just moved to a new apartment. Your channel was the biggest inspiration. And the best part is, that everyone think I have a great interior design skills, what they don't know is that you were my guru. 😊
Love the color scheme, love the tiles, love how successfully the old kitchen transformed into a warm, inviting experience of a room. Y'all slapped with this one! 👏
Love every inch of the new reno. One suggestion, if I may, add decorative bins with everyone's names on each bin above the refrigerator shelves. That way they can have food of their choice hidden. Each person would be responsible for containing their items. This would eliminate clutter.
I always look forward to Saturdays with you! Love the way you all work together and make the hard, hard work look easy! The kitchen tile is stunning and those marble shelves are glorious. The pantry color is a lovely backdrop to the pink tile. For me, the flooring choice didn't seem to blend with the other color choices, but it could just be my monitor. Thank you for bringing a bright, cheerful video our way. You guys are the best!
Alexandra I love your channel and your ideas! I wonder why you don't use your own graphics and decorations from artists, graphics from desenio are already all over the internet and they are very repetitive
Just had to comment about how smart the cup in the overalls pocket is!!!! Definitely going to start doing that!!! Side note this is the prettiest kitchen ever!!!
GORGEOUS! So happy you chose this tile; the other would be nothing but flat! Rachel of The Sorry Gurls, just completed her bathroom redo, and did a faux lime wash by using two colors and a wide brush. In a pink that would match your walls. Since this episode was last weekend, it would be easier to find. I really think you might like this method as it is not as labor intensive. Have a blessed weekend!! xxoo
Hey, AG! Love so much about this project The light fixture (want it!), pink-variated tiles, gold faucet & knobs, your green sweater top (want it!), unique vases... just everything! Keep up the GREAT work, Alexandra - you & the team are so INSPIRING🤩
Oh goodness, this is beautiful. It is so on brand. I just love your team. I was picking tile with you... LOL! You know you captured your viewers when that happens. The terra cotta paint is so pretty. Love all of this.
Love the reveal. The only thing I would change is to have the fridge doors open the other way (into the wall so as to not cut off the space). The peel and stick floor covering is sweet but not my taste and I wonder how durable it is.
Its always a challenge and fun to try something new and the peel off was something new and unexpected. You go girl ❤❤❤ Love your designs 🤩 May you grow more and enjoy your new place ❤❤
❤ Most excellent. I didn't think I would like the colors together, but the are charming. My favorite color combination is pink and green I think the green plants really add something to the pinky/orangie terracotta.
I‘ve got that same Ikea kitchen you have in your home - just different handles and a different countertop. We saw it and immediately liked the colour. We went for beech for those, because we put a small beech table and two chairs in. Of course from Ikea too. 😉 and they even have chair cushions in that kitchen colour.
I just love the team and the energy. You guys always makeme happy and the editors seal everything together nicely every time. I end up laughing at the countdowns and the chaotic energy of the on-site team 😂. And that Green, with the hair colour on Alexandra is just pure magic 🥰
❤❤❤ wow it's really nice of course of course I love the idea of adding that peel and stick floor to an apartment ❓❓❓❓❓ the question is how long would it even last what seems to be a high traffic area for your team 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 what do you think
My favorite is the pink wall tiles. The floor peel and stick makes it look cartoony. It's a nice office space to work in. Great job Alexandra and team
That floor is giving grandma energy. I almost don’t hate it but the rest of the spaces are so well done the floor stands out like a sore thumb. 👍
I think the problem is that the base looks like clinic white. And the appliances and everything is so creamy. She opted for a warm grout and then chose that super white flooring.

Love it all… except the floor (feels disconnected)… but wow, looks so great. Especially love the overhead light!
I also agree with some of the comments, i do not love the floor and tile combo. Even with the brown in the pantry, i don't think it goes. Everything else is pretty amazing, as always!

This is why I love youtube, HGTV just don't have fun edits like you guys. Whether people relate to your style or not, your branding really stands out.
That’s not the truth Ellen. 😂😂😂 and I love the uncontrollable fits of laughter!!!! 😊
I used to love HGTV. Now most of the shows feel the same and it’s rare to see new & interesting designs. Plus it’s all way too dramatized now.
And: this is viewable for everyone. HGTV isn’t.
Same. I can’t with HGTV anymore and it’s all Team AGs fault.
I’m not mad about it though 😅
My dad’s been a contractor for 40 years. You can wash the grout residue off with a grout sponge with vinegar and water :)
I'm trying to figure out how you make the choices you do. The change between "before and after" is stunning. The before is so blah, utilitarian and depressing. Doors on fridges are usually changeable. More practical to put the hinges on the other side.
yes! I was surprised it wasn't too
My Smeg refrigerator is not changeable. Salesman made sure that I understood that before I picked out one. Luckily, I found the color with the correct door swing.
That green short sleeved cardigan suits you so well. Both colour and style are gorgeous on you.
Alexandra and Graham have such brother - sister energy in this video! 😂
Ikr 😂😂😂 his reaction to paint
I want 1-2 videos a week I'm obsessed Team AG!!!!!! Please give us some more lol
LOVE how the pink tile turned out!!! 🤩
Love how you put so much character in such a small kitchen. I saw a comment where someone didn’t like the floor. I think it’s all a matter of personal preference. I aways love the kitchens you do.

I'm not a huge pink girl but this small kitchen looks absolutely stunning. I let out an audible gasp when I saw the overhead light.
Lesson learned: if we want a cork wall, add a wall panel similar to bead board and glue the cork to that, not to the wall.
You did me such a favour with your tile shop debate and your decision to go with the varied tones tile. Love the tiles! didn't love the orange pantry paint or the floors but everything else was nice!
“Explosion in a paint factory”! 💣
Agree exactly--the tiles were cool, but the terra cotta paint seems to "fight" with the pink tiles for dominance and the floor covering doesn't seem to gel with either the tiles or the paint.
Alexandra, I am loving this green colour on you!
She looks beautiful 🎉
Absolutely loved it! And my boyfriend, who doesn't like pink at all, said he actually liked this and he wouldn't mind having a pink kitchen if it's this one. I think watching the Team AG videos with me is making him hate pink less 😂
The kitchen is stunning, I love it. Also I gotta shout out your editor. Yall had me laughing so hard, and in the end truly impressed with how great your space looks. Well done team AG
My favorite part about Saturdays is drinking my cup of coffee while watching AG!
Saturday morning routine lol
Who else watches DIY Danie and the Sorry Girls on Saturday morning too? With Alexandra, they are the perfect Canadian trio!
Really a beautiful space. I can't imagie doing a room in pink tile, but that IS THE way to do it. Crazy how much bigger that kitchen looks now. So AG
What a transformation! It will a joy to use it. The colors except those on the floor work so well together. Everything but the floor is very upscale. All the rooms are so beautiful. I’m not surprised though because you and Graham always make the most beautiful spaces!
OFF THE CHART GORGEOUS!!!! Thank you for yet another wonderful video!
The pink wall tiles are amazing - SO pretty and luxurious - but the floor surface just doesn’t jive with walls, in colour or vibe. As always, James’ editing makes me giggle. 🤭
WOW!! I don’t know where to start!! The tiled walls…the flooring…the marble shelves…they all look amazing together!! Great job team AG!!🥰
I just moved to a new apartment. Your channel was the biggest inspiration. And the best part is, that everyone think I have a great interior design skills, what they don't know is that you were my guru. 😊
Alexandra the terra-cotta pot popping off the pink tile. Chefs kiss!!! 💋
How are you not at 2 million subscribers??? I love this. Every makeover is better than the last. Oooh the pink tile is my fav!!!
I laugh so much every time I hear the word caulk and hear the rooster😂😂
Another terrific makeover. Absolutely love the flooring in the kitchen and pantry, it’s such a fun whimsical choice for a smaller space.
The tiles are gorgeous!
...[IMO] the paint color in the pantry looks great [on screen] which pulls out the coloration of the tile. thank you for sharing.
You guys did good love the whole kitchen and pantry Alexandria and Graham work well together❤
10 out of 10, the floor is so cute and outside of the box. It makes the kitchen feel warm and welcoming. 🩷🩷🩷
I had no idea I wanted a pink tiled kitchen until I saw this gorgeous kitchen! Love-love-love everything you do!
Love the color scheme, love the tiles, love how successfully the old kitchen transformed into a warm, inviting experience of a room. Y'all slapped with this one! 👏
Really cute EXCEPT FOR THE FLOOR! Good thing it can be easily changed.
Thought the floor was wrong when I first saw it but it's perfec! Absolutely love the whole thing. Tile is steller. Thanks,. Very satisfying.
This is by far my favorite kitchen makeover you’ve done 😍 fun to see what you can accomplish without needing to stick to someone else’s style.
I love the floor! I'm a sucker for bold choices and a believer in mixing colours that don't match. It's the eclectic choices for me.
Everything you do is AMAZING! the only thing I didn’t love was the floor
Love every inch of the new reno. One suggestion, if I may, add decorative bins with everyone's names on each bin above the refrigerator shelves. That way they can have food of their choice hidden. Each person would be responsible for containing their items. This would eliminate clutter.
I love when Alana and Graham are in the video

Great idea!!
Because they’re sponsoring the content
These are probably more available, with a large selection of styles. People can replace them over time if they lose their appeal.
Just had to comment about how smart the cup in the overalls pocket is!!!! Definitely going to start doing that!!! Side note this is the prettiest kitchen ever!!!
Me too. Like it all but the floor. Looks too granny wall paper
Omg! 🎉how did I get so lucky to watch AG literally the very minute it comes out! Best Saturday morning watch!
Really lovely. I wondered about that pink tile all over the walls, but it makes the space so warm and inviting. ❤
This may be my favorite make over yet❤
Alexandra thank you so much for helping me through a very hard pain day . Your laugh is so adorable.
Those are the most beautiful tiles I’ve ever seen!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
GORGEOUS! So happy you chose this tile; the other would be nothing but flat!

Soooo excited for the basement studio fix!!!
Love the fridge, very retro!❤
my favorite thing in this video
another AMAZING AG makeover 😍😍😍 and lovin the Habit tea! Hoping for you to be on ReRoot with Eamon and Bec soon!!
LOVE the tiles & Habit tea👌🏻-not sure about the floor choice but hey at the end of the day it’s your workspace! 🙂❤
Beautiful makeover! I’m not a pink person but that tile is gorgeous. Well done all around, Team AG!
Hey, AG! Love so much about this project The light fixture (want it!), pink-variated tiles, gold faucet & knobs, your green sweater top (want it!), unique vases... just everything! Keep up the GREAT work, Alexandra - you & the team are so INSPIRING🤩
Alexandra, I have extreme eyebrow envy looking at your beautiful brows. Those pink tiles are so luscious!
This kitchen turned out so beatiful. Thank you team ag for bringing joy and positivity to our weekends. PS I have the yellow cart as an art cart.
I have been waiting another episode of this series!!! Happy Saturday Team AG!!!
What a stunner! 😃🩷
Obsessed with the tile and paint color! Also, yay for Eamon and Bec Habit Tea cameo!
Looks great. Those tiles are just gorgeous. I love the varying colors
Team AG never disappoints!
that's the tile I chose for my kitchen!! same brand and all except in green. the pink is gorgeous too
Its always a challenge and fun to try something new and the peel off was something new and unexpected. You go girl ❤❤❤ Love your designs 🤩 May you grow more and enjoy your new place ❤❤
What a labour of love! Beautiful job and that light fixture is 🔥🔥🔥!
❤ Most excellent. I didn't think I would like the colors together, but the are charming. My favorite color combination is pink and green I think the green plants really add something to the pinky/orangie terracotta.
Alexandra Gater I love your book you really know your stuff
OMG- I am SO in love with this new space! I am so happy to see you on here today! You always lighten my vibe! THANK YOU!
i’m so proud of the AG team
Absolutely gorgeous tile!!!❤
Absolutely stunning kitchen!!!! Enjoy it, guys! Well done!
I didn't know a kitchen could be so beautiful!!!
Lovely!!! You might think of switching the fridge doors to open to the room, not the wall, if it's reversible. More convenient that way.
Everything came together lovely 🩷
That tile is a showstopper - gorgeous!
Those pink tiles were such a good choice, love how it turned out!! 💕
Love the pink tiles. 💗 The floor is cute for a child's room. 👶 The burnt orange walls make me sick. But heck I don't have to work there. 🤷🏼♀️😊
So beautiful the kitchen!!! Incredible style Alexandra! Best from Uruguay
This is gorgeous and so inviting. You did a wonderful job!
I want this kitchen! Love the wall tiles and the new flooring.
So glad to be here Alexandra!!
Adorable!!! A labor if love! Did not like the floor color combination, but, I guess it looks different in real life, than in camera.
You are 'GIFTED'. Period!! ❤
I love watching your videos, Alexandra. You make me laugh so much and your makeovers are fantastic. 😄♥
You don’t know how much I love those pink tiles ❤❤❤❤ such a beautiful kitchen😊 I’m so jealous! 😂
I love it!! ❤But I felt nothing was a surprise since I saw all your stories this week 😅
Always perfection with great shenanigans!
Your style is how I want my future home to look 😍
I just love the team and the energy. You guys always makeme happy and the editors seal everything together nicely every time. I end up laughing at the countdowns and the chaotic energy of the on-site team 😂. And that Green, with the hair colour on Alexandra is just pure magic 🥰
