Sad that some people are rude to you, quite right to ignore them, they hate being ignored. Pleased you are watching these, can never get enough Father Ted, and absolutely love your reactions.
I am so glad there’s UA-cam. Comedy/ humor should not ever be canceled for any reason whatsoever. Just laugh at yourself but also at everybody else. If you don’t like it don’t watch. Some people really have to lighten up!
@@ataurusqueenofzion916 It's sad that people wilfully choose to miss the point and the fact that the jokes generally highlight, criticise and condemn the bigotry; in reality we are all at some point the 'butt end' of a story/tale/joke - it's part and parcel of living in the real world.
When you said 'The Day Today's a few times I thought you were on about the TV show with Chris Morris, Rebecca Front and Steve Coogan. Well worth a watch!
Great comedy from when people weren’t afraid to explore an idea. Ted was silly but not malicious. I think anything-ist begins with “not like me.” I’m as white as a fish’s belly and years back was watching my brother and his daughter playing a boxing video game. They were setting up their characters and my niece said “brown skin, like me.” The “like me” stuck in my mind as she was about four years old at the time and it became how I understand racism, sexism, homophobia, and all the rest. They’re when someone looks at someone else and doesn’t see the similarities that make them like each other and allow the differences to divide them. Reginald D Hunter gave an answer to someone who told him they may have said something racist “Was there hate in your heart when you said it?” I’ve been told I was much too white and needed more sun by a little brown girl, not related to me, who was concerned at how pale I was.
Friendly banter and taking the piss out of eachother is a big part of British and Irish culture, so I think people need to look at what the actual intent is behind anything that's deemed 'racist', you can usually tell by the context of what's being said, and the expressions and body language (if its face to face) as to whether something is malicious or not, thankfully, even if it is deemed as inapproproate nowadays, the majority of people actually mean no harm.
just imagine the reaction from the woke lobby if someone DARED to make something like this today in fact one of the writers gerry stembridge was black listed from a commiedy festval in scotland for makeing a HARMLESS WHAT JOKE THAT THEY CONSIDERED SOCALLED RACEIST THESE PEOPLE NEED TO LIGHTEN UO AND GET A SENSE OF HOUMUR
“Racist” comedy is one of my most favourite forms of comedy tbh… …like when my friends mum calls me her “milky bar kid” coz I’m white af and the complete opposite of her 😂
Father Ted is hilarious today as It ever was. Rip Dermot Morgan. Paul mc Grath 1990 World Cup and Roy Keane did get sent home. Another irish comedy you might like Derry girls.
The best Irish comedians are probably Tommy Tiernan, Dylan Moran (there's a Canadian couple react to Moran so they're allowed on YT afaik. And Ed Byrne, stand-up-wise that's your three living legends.
It is strange watching it like it's a mirror image, but at least it doesn't have words splattered all over the clip, so we can't hardly see it. So mirror image is ok with me.

i think it's my fav episode, all my irish relatives love Father Ted
One of the best short comedy series of all time imo.
Fawlty Towers and IT Crowd perhaps are similarly good fun.

@@ataurusqueenofzion916 The butt end of most jokes in this episode are racists. So probably good that they don't find it funny.
i agree with you about the people who get offended. its comedy and i wish they would bring it back.
the good old racism right
Bloody love father Ted 😂 the actor playing Ted died lot long after finishing season 3 😢
It was the next day after filming finished
Feck Arse Drink Girls. I love Father Jack. This was such a funny series. The one where Jack 'dies' was hilarious
Easily a top 5 episode. Love this one.
Finally, someone including the Hitler reference lmao What a classic show - RIP Dermot Morgan! That was the World Cup USA 94 Ireland jersey btw mate.

Best sitcom ever!

You need to see the "would you like some cake father? There's cocaine in it" lol
I very rarely comment, but your reactions are so wholesome. Thanks
Watched this episode about 400 times in my life and just realised he showed Mr Miaghi who is Japanese not Chinese 😂😂😂
Not a racist, wink. The Hitler through the window floored me when this episode came out.

Can't hear any of the Father Ted episode audio apart from eddy's interjections
Just discovered these reactions. Great job my guy.
Hilarious 🤣🤣🤣 I just love your reactions too. Made my evening 🤣🤣🤣
Maybe you're thinking of Paul McGrath? At school here in the early '90s people would chant "Ooh, ahh, Paul McGrath - say ooh ahh Paul McGrath!"
Love your reactions mate 🤣
That football top must be from 94 - father ted was made about 1996 i think 👍🏻
Fantastic classic comedy. Thank you Eddy loving the channel your doing a great job 👍👍
It's the way the dude was genuinely asking💀
You cannot analyse it, it’s just fabulous, timeless comedy.
The footballers you are referring too are Paul McGrath and Roy Keane
Nice reaction as always. You should do the IT Crowd once Father Ted once you're finished Father Ted. By the same writer Graham Lineham.
It’s the Republic of Ireland 94 World Cup strip in USA
Volume a little low on recording. This is my favourite episode. Thank you for sharing this.
Why is there no sound?
Such an amazing comedy, best ever, people not the same now, cant take a joke
You’ll pick the USA 94 shirt up online and easily on DH gate perhaps with OPEL though as Ireland tended to do with fan shirts then
love your reactions ;)
If people think this is un pc wait until you watch Alf Garnett. Another classic comedy.
Brilliant episode

I could hear you but not Father Ted sketch
When someone asks me if I'm racist I give the same answer.. no I have a coloured TV 🤭🤣
Often wondered why they share a room when there’s a ‘spare’.
oh this is great, but you cannot stream it online now. only via reactions. it is brilliant.
I love it too! Great to hear your laughter!
21:35 "Don't explain, don't complain" as the royal family say. Mate, you're probably smack on with this.
Kato was Japanese! 😂
This episode was wild
You understand that the old friend in the Nazi war memorabilia room was hinting he was a real Nazi from WW2 and the Father was hiding him?
1995 shirt isnt it
Can't hear any of the dialogue.
No sound
Are you still unable to hear it ?
@@Eddycheeeeprobably a total of 2 minutes of sound

Love your videos man
I'm glad you watch father Ted without the copyright &annoying music over the top.
You're right, we wouldn't get this today! Wokeness killed comedy!!
audio is all over the gaf
Father Ted aired from 1995 to 1998. So the top Father Dougal is wearing couldn't be from 2002.
It’s USA 1994 shirt
