So id call a week or two out. Most restaurants werent too too bad except Habachi. Couldn't get a reservation for that. I do have to say however, we were there for spring break! Little more crawded than usual I suppose. Hope this helps 😊
Appreciate that! I didn't pay for anything after arriving except some advil! All restaurants, alcohol and food was included with no hidden fees. Of course, if you want to do an excursion or leave resort, you'll have to cough up the dough!
We have Rock Royalty "Hall of Fame" membership. Not for the faint of heart. My wife and I have no regrets. Cancun location is the best we have visited of all their locations, because it's small and close to airport and food and entertainment is what we wanted. Quiet and very relaxing. We wanted to be treated like Mick Jagger on a vacay.
You get VIP access if you book through Expedia. It does not cost extra. That is for the third floor pool area. I am unsure about that restaurant you went by.

you definitely get amazing service here and the food is probably one of the best you can have at an all inclusive!
