Hey guys! Thanks for watching. If you have any questions about the Hard Rock Riviera Maya Heaven, leave them down below. Also, don’t forget to check out the Hacienda side as well! 😊
What a great walk through! I've been before but it was before the upgrades and it is awesome to see. Are the new swim up rooms on either side of buildings 1 and 2 or are they only on the side facing the new pool?
The Hacienda side is much better in my opinion. Way bigger and cooler main pool and beach plus most amenities and restaurants. If you get the sky terrace rooms with the 2nd story jacuzzi the ones in the Heaven section have no bathroom on the jacuzzi level but in the Hacienda section you get a bathroom. Not that anybody cares but I would only stay on the Hacienda side and we travel without kids.
I'll be there in January for Girls Just Wanna Weekend for the first time and these tours are super helpful. Will the new restaurants be open in early 2023? I know the construction walls were coming down, did the hotel let you know what a projected opening date would be?
Me and my husband are going in late May… this video helped us so much to know what to expect when we’re over there ❤ I just a have a question… If we’re staying at the Heaven section, can we still have access to the Hacienda section and use all the pools, restaurants and beaches of that section? I’m not sure if we are allowed 🤷🏻♀️
We just booked the swim up rooms for a wedding there. Our kids are grown so we earned a little piece of Heaven. We do have family staying at Hacienda. Is it a manageable walk from Heaven or should we hitch a ride on a cart? Thanks for your vids. Very helpful.
Thanks for watching! Yes, the walk is totally manageable.. it’s about a 10 min walk from one to the other 👍🏻 but the carts will take you from lobby to lobby if need be 👍🏻
I have a 12 and 14 year old who are dying to see the clear waters and swim, the beach area looks small and shallow and from the videos, it always looks empty - is it big enough to accommodate a large hotel and is it more that a wadding pool?
Yes, the beach swimming areas are more than big enough for the hotel and they aren’t too shallow 👍🏻 there are 3 separate beach lagoons and they’re never usually busy. There are tons of pools too, so they spread people out well.

i already subscribed and liked lol !
awesome review, in what month of the year did you visited? there is not much people !!
This was filmed in October 2022. This resort is very large, so you don’t notice it being busy because people are well spread out.

Thanks for the input 👍🏻 we stayed on the hacienda side as well and loved it - but also enjoyed the oasis pool on the heaven side 👌🏻

Is the resort truly all inclusive? I know some have extra charges outside of the AI
Yes it is - they do have extra charge experiences and liquor like most other all-inclusives
