Loved it!!!!! There are no mistakes in my life, they were my choices . I made them and I will own up to them. Actually every single choice, made me stronger and who I am. Self love is the most gratifying feeling that you can have for urself. But it is something that we work on everyday. God has a plan for all of us. Always asking for help and praying to stay in a positive mindset. Peace to everyone. May we all stay in harmony wit Gods help❤️

Can you imagine a world without Oprah? Be you, you have a lot to bring to the table as well . Give it. ❤️
It always comes down to what you believe you deserve. But no one ever tells you how to change what you believe in. Not everyone believes they’re amazing and super strong because not everyone is. Not everyone has the same resistance, stamina, nerves etc....Some people truly don’t know what the right move is in order to tap into that greater self that Oprah talks about all the time even though they try and try. Some people are more sensitive than others, and have different patterns.
I started exercising on the Nov 1st 30 mins a day all 10 of the self love in for a healthy life style I am over 50 and now work out time.
Thank you so very much! I needed to hear this... I am gifted with the ability to love unconditionally. But had been treating my self with disrespect .. eating when I wasn't hungry.... saying yes, when I really wanted to say No! Trying to fit in to be accepted.... after listening to this, I'm able to go within and know that I have everything I need within me... The power to change my mindset beyond measure... and is able to see, things, people and situations from a different perspective. I am uniquely me... I know that I am worthy of all the great things in life that the universe has to offer me and will from this day forward live my life in alignment to receive all of God's great gifts! Namaste 💓
